I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the staff at this location. Miami is NOT known for its customer service, but this whole team is so diligent in helping it restored my hope that there is still great customer service out there. Marian, specifically has been such a joy to get to know. Recently the elevators weren’t working and she made sure I knew where to go and unlcok the door so I could get access to the area where my unit is. She has been honestly such a help. Also Rob has also been very friendly and helpful. I’m sure the others are as well but those two are who I’ve had the most interactions with. The facility is clean and well taken care of.

I just left the place ! Your rep there now is terrible and needs to be fired ! The gate code is not working ! I tried to go out , but the text did not recognize me because the account is on my husband name ! She came by with 2 people planing to go out , I was trying to explain to her I can not leave the premises and she just waived to me to go to the other side ! I asked her to listen to me but she did not want to and left me there stuck ! Till some other costumer open it for me ! $300 for a month that what we are paying for this unit and this is the service? Shame on her !

Robert is the reason we keep renting here --four lockers in total, both for business and personal things. He is a very nice guy who is always available to help. I also enjoy his love for music as I am a concert goer and music memorabilia collector. When the northern facility flooded, Robert was pivotal in understanding what I could have lost: autographed albums by Roger Hodgson of Supertramp and other great artists that were stored there temporarily. Fortunately nothing was damaged. 🙏

This location doesn’t protect rights of its customers. Today we came to pick up stuff and couldn’t get in as one car was blocking the entrance and manager didn’t do nothing.
It’s not a security person as he has no character to be strict and put people in place and obey the rules. I had to carry my things around as this manager was to tell people move their U-Haul specially because they finished unloading and it was absolutely empty.
So I highly recommend to owners changing managers for more following rules and implementing it for everyone including rude movers.

this place is an absolute piece of garbage. i rented a space online and paid $400 - i get there, they gave me the WRONG UNIT that is locked. there’s NOBODY inside the building. manager doesn’t answer their phone. i would recommend going literally ANYWHERE ELSE! will be reporting to my bank not giving them another dollar.
I am completely rewriting my review. I have had it with them.
Everything was great and the staff was and is very nice but for the past 14 months there is something wrong with their system.
I have auto pay with American Express and something happened where since last year, the cars won't go through.
I either have to go in or I have to pay online after receiving a threatening email or text.
They have tried to fix it but I've been told by numerous people that they have an issue with American express. I even tried it by city but for some reason it doesn't work on auto pay but when I go in or pay online, it works perfectly well.
On top of that, I moved in the 4th of September yet they short me few days every month by saying it's the first day of the month. If that isn't enough, they will charge a late fee if I can address the issue immediately, even though they have it admitted over time and on numerous occasion that it is their system that's at fault.
Point being, there are lots of other places that are brand new that can work with you. I am seriously looking in to removing the little stuff that I have and move it someplace else.
Again, the staff atthe center is very nice but most on phones or on line are not helpful at all

I visited public storage at the Aventura Location, about a week ago, and I was assisted by Robert in the newer side of the facilities. He was such a great help, gave me a tour and reassured me that my belongings would be secured and safely stored. The facility was extremely pristine, and had lots of space and supplies that you would need for moving your things in and out! Robert was super personable, and great to talk to through the process! Cleanest storage place you’ll see with best service you’ll find. Staff like Paul go above and beyond the call of duty to help customers. I am based in Chicago and my client is moving from Chicago to Aventura, FL and needed space for the items that he didn't have room for at his new address. This was my first time renting a storage unit. I arrived right before closing. Robert was amazing. He walked me thru the process and then showed me how to use the app and gave me a tour. He could not have been more helpful. Shay was also there and she covered the desk while he gave me the tour; so they work great together.
