First of all, I’ve never seen 4.9* rating for a storage facility before. I guess it’s because there is only on Nicholas of his kind. Great customer service and help. The facility is neat, clean and well maintained. No funky smell if you know what I’m talking about. I only rented it today, but it feels good so far. Good luck to ya’ll.
I emptied my unit on 9/12/2024. Their employee inspected my former unit and said everything thing is okay. He gave me a receipt saying my account is closed. I received an EMAIL saying it was closed. About 6 hours later I received another EMAIL from them for my "October " rent!?!?!? I spammed it. I am not your customer anymore. Leave me alone !!!

The facility is clean and safe, the service is very good. Marina the manager has been a true champion helping me solve all issues. With a friendly attitude and great diligence she keeps this place running tight.
Unfair business and marketing practices. Be aware that they WILL raise your price up to 50% after 3 or 4 months of rent. They did this to me at both their locations at this address. Classic bait and switch. If you have heavy items, it’s a major headache to move again.

My mom has had a most deplorable time with this place. It is beyond me how they can have this rating here on Google. She made a reservation online for a 5x5 unit, the price online being lower than regular price. In her haste and confusion moving, they offered her a 3x3 unit, and she accepted it. But they are charging her regular price for it, which is almost the same she was supposed to pay for the 5x5. This is a most shameful practice.
Also, she wasted one hour looking for some human being to receive her and assign her a space - self-serve doesn't mean you can check yourself in! And to add to the horrible experience, she was charged $20 plus taxes for a lock!!!
Now we'll take our business somewhere else because we feel we have been mistreated, and that they want to squeeze you out of every penny rather than give you a good service.

It's a clean, climate controlled storage facility...it does what it is supposed to do but what gives it five stars is ROBERT who is super nice and helped me out of a serious jam... he's the only reason I bothered to write a review (no, he didn't request me to.....I just feel it's important to recognize good people!).
