Kit has been extremely great and helpful.
My first experience here was great! Rented a large drive up unit online.. super easy to do. Showed up and the unit was ready to go with a new lock inside. I ran out of space and needed another unit. I was in a bind. Kit came out and showed me another available unit I could rent. It ended up working out great! Kit really saved the day!! I appreciate the great service and kindness. Worst communication at this location. You can never get a hold of someone at this property because nobody is ever in the office. Extremely inconvenient especially if there is an emergency.

I have been looking around for a storage place to put my work belongings in for over a week and every place I went to either had staff that was unavailable or they wouldn’t let me look at the unit. At Public Storage I was greeted by Sue Kim and she helped move me in within less than an hour. She showed me the unit, its insurance policy, how to go through the gate, and secure my locker, and walked me through the rental agreement. I ended up having to switch units and she graciously helped me on my day off from work by returning my phone call and helping me get a unit that was more suitable for my belongings. She is flexible, hardworking, has great rapport, and goes out of her way to help the customer. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen good customer care like this. I recommend this storage center. It’s clean, well maintained, secure, and in a safe neighborhood. The location is ideal if you’re also on your way to either the hospital or I-4 W.

The worst place to store. Unfortunately we had items stored a very long time. When we retrieved them they were covered with rat droppings, live roaches crawling around, holes in bags, chewed fabric on collectable dolls and water damage. Yet this company raises their rates every single year by a large percentage, large, tried $100 more a month...moved out to competitor.

On Christmas Eve day can’t ask for better!
Six months later , after giving them permission to direct debit rent amounts , guess what thay raised rent without any notice for 23.53$ a month!
After talking to upper managment they was able to decrease amount of rent to acceptable level.

During that period at 521 S State Road 434 in Altamonte Springs Florida, Karen was exstemely helpful and always available to provide complete information. This location is clean & was impeccable every time my son & I visited. It always looked the same & everything was in working order. The following is an updated on the below review. I am changing the review from 5 starts to 1 start because I came to the facility after packing and un packing my truck and taking it to the 3rd floor to find out that the lock Max placed in the unit does not open. I called the customer service phone number for assistance and was transfered to the manager's voicemail. I waited about 1/2 for a return call but nothing so now I need to bring down all 12 boxes, put them back in the truck and go home. Totally unacceptable!!!
