Just moved here from NYC. Found Public Storage with Sue Kim and Kenneth K. and immediately I was hooked. Such pleasant people and so knowledgeable about the area and various things to do. The unit is spotless and spacious. The price was a little higher thane the other storage facilities however there was no comparison. To be able to have two customer service reps so completely ready to help me and so affable wasn't expected. Over the past 2 or so years I’ve had the pleasure of utilizing Public Storage's services, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I came through the gate, I was greeted by Sue Kim a friendly and knowledgeable member of the Public Storage team. Sue would check on me anytime I was exploring my unit for something I’d been missing. A smile on her face every time during her routine unit checks and a genuine willingness to help are some of the things I remember the most.
