This Public Storage location is the best I’ve come across they are aka ways available for help or questions and truly understanding. I don’t think I’ll come across better customer service else where. I’ll continue my service for as long as I need due to such welcoming and helping employees.
My visit to the Public Storage on DuPont Highway was truly exceptional. The location is incredibly convenient, and its proximity to a state trooper station adds an extra layer of security, creating a safe environment for storing my belongings. The manager, Lana, was outstanding—she was not only polite and professional but also guided me step by step to find the perfect storage unit for my needs. The level of assistance and the friendly atmosphere made the entire experience seamless. Additionally, Chris went above and beyond by helping me navigate the facility and find my unit after I got a bit turned around. He showed me how to operate the storage space and shared helpful tips on how to maximize the space for efficient storage while still leaving room to move around. I’m extremely satisfied with my visit and the service I received. A huge thank you to Lana, Chris, and the entire team!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Lana while setting up a storage locker. She was very kind and helpful the entire time. 5 out of 5 for her. I highly recommend this location and if possible, definitely deal with Lana. You won't be disappointed

I don’t put my card online and scheduled a time to come in and make my payment at Newark with Lana for years. I was worried when she moved to a new place but she assured me that I would still be taken care of and she did not disappoint. Even when I can’t reach anyone I can call her and she will set my appointment and make sure someone’s there for me. She even rushed and drove 20 minutes to take my payment when I was having surgery so I wouldn’t be late. The other people in the office have been nice as well.

First of all I've been having multiple problems with the app to pay for my public storage, this is the third time having to take extra time out of my busy life to stop at a public storage to pay, because the app isn't working.
I stop at this location, it's now 3:39 p.m. I'm coming after work. It's no one here.
The door is locked, it says on Google and online that the store closes at 6:00 p.m. unacceptable
And I hope I don't have to pay a late fee because of all this inconvenience that I keep having to experience with this company.

Lana is one of the best workers public storage has ever had. She goes above and beyond for her job. She does so much for this company that goes unrecognized. Public storage really doesn’t know how lucky they are to have her. She deserves so much more than this company can offer her. She truly is a God sent and a huge asset to this company they should really count there blessings with her.

If I could give negative stars I would! SUSAN, who sits at the desk & lives on site is VERY unprofessional & smells like straight cigarettes... I watched her use someone phone to give PS a 5 star rating, whole time they were at the wrong storage location and she did that without their consent. Susan is VERY sneaky and wity, watch out for her! Ps: Don’t hold any type of conversation with her, she will run your business to a complete stranger if you let her.

I'd like to Thank Susan for a problem I had with my locking mechanism to my unit. I was frustrated because I couldn't get my garage door to open due to an old locking mechanism. She took the time out of her schedule to personally come out to my unit, and she was very knowledgeable and she herself fixed the locking mechanism with the correct parts and quite professionally without any issues whatsoever and I am completely satisfied with all work performed and with her complete courteousness, professionalism, and friendliness.
