Yeah...I was in this place when they did construction to the doors in the building. They changed the locks didn't bother to contact me by application or email they sent an email about maybe changing the locks . By the time I got to the unit my cooler was missing brand new cost me 100 bucks pluse a new bag of happy frog and some lights and fans...don't know if it was the staff or construction workers or someone there at the right time...dealing with insurance now...pic of the lock taken off

Great customer service the facility is very safe and secure with technology access i park my food cart here for over 6 years now and have units to store my other things i recomend talk to the lady at the front desk she is very helpful .

Gisette barely does her job . She opens the office up whenever she feels like. She also locks the bathroom door. The other day her boyfriend came out of the bathroom and he locked it also and he is not even a worker idk why he was authorized to do that . She also harrass my mom today about the bill and my mom already paid the bill. She always approaches people like she wants to fight she needs to learn customer service. Salina on the other hand is a sweetheart
I went in so get some information about pricing and sizes of units and Salina was just absolutely amazing. She gave me all the details and also helped me with suggestions when I told her what I was planning to put away as to which one would fit everything. You could tell she wasn’t just a miserable worker she cared about helping me!!
