Irma was amazing with assisting me. I wasn’t fond of my storage unit and she stayed past her time to assist me with finding a new unit and completing my paper work. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. Anthony was also SUPER accommodating. He made frequent trips to my storage unit with me. At one point, he met me upstairs after waiting for me to unload my car to assist me with my lock. Excellent customer service and extremely kind.

Beware they have roaches been waiting for the district manager to give me a call no one said sorry for getting my things getting infestation with roaches I never had this problem before the guy that work there was very nice at first and because rude when you tell him your moving told him about the problem he could careless the lady told me they seen a roach on the first level and spry and felt like they handle it well they did not my stuff is infested they should tell people about things like this they told me if I move out my friend they will give me my money I paid for this month I did that and no one called me and they didn’t close out the storage

If you have a choice between storage facilities, pick this one! Everything about it is excellent: the location, facility and staff.
The location is perfectly right off the I-95. No way in missing the location. It was an immediate arrival off the highway.
The facility is: new, clean, and organized. There are large maps and additional visible signage inside. It makes it easy to navigate to your storage room. Tons of storage options available for your needs. The carts available for usage are clean and always available to use.
Now the best for last, if you’re able to work with the storage facilities staff Anthony and Irma, do it! They are both extremely helpful and professional. Anthony helped me narrowed down which storage room size was best for my storage needs. He showed me the 3D Model and even walked me over to compare the storage sizes in person. I endedup with a larger storage size and love it. I will definitely put it to use. I don’t know about you but moving/ cleaning is extremely stressful. Having both Anthony and Irma make you laugh during the reservation process was a “breath of fresh air” in a stressful time.
This location is your best choice don’t think it twice! Book online or book in person for your storage needs.

This place is horrible, the Regional Manager locked me out from entering the premises,stating that I allegedly broke both of the bathrooms,which they kept out of order,when the both of the bathrooms are working,but they placed a out of order to both bathrooms to stop me from using the bathrooms,harassing me to irritate me,I had to take a s#it in my unit,they have no garbage cans,then when I found out they locked me out from entering the premises,a customer let me in thank God his unit was in the 2nd Floor,I immediately removed my Antique Lamps,because I strongly believe this particular company makes you buy insurance because they might have a conspiracy on burglarizing the customers units,the question why do I need insurance who is going to burglarize my unit or anyone units...the fact that they only have one camera for the entire floor...meaning that this company is anticipating a burglary to happen...why pay for insurance when Public Storage can pay for more video surveillance so they can avoid burglarized units...so I felt this was a red flag once they locked me out of the premises I felt a burning desire to remove my antique lamps that are worth thousands of dollars because I feel they were going to steal my Antique Lamps...the next morning I came after scheduled time frame which was after 6 am they denied me access I slid under the gate ...the gate was not properly screwed and bolted the piece of the gate fell off hanging from one screw...the employees called the cops on me stating I was trespassing when I have a paid unit with an access code ...the cops came that's when I again attempted to access the building ...that's when they allowed me access...after the two Bridgeport Police officers investigated ...the officers said they were evicting me with no paperwork to prove they were evicting me,then the employees recanted then they try to report that I broke the fence...when the fence was not properly screwed and bolted...after the cops investigated and took my side...they stated to the cops they want me out of the premises by Sunday the 30th with no eviction process...or paperwork...

I actually rented in the Carmel location but stopped by the Bridgeport location to ask some questions I had regarding my lease. This office was so busy and she was by herself and still smiled and had everyone at ease waiting their turn. What impressed me the most was ability to multitask and still be so professional. She recommended different ways of stacking boxes to use less of a storage unit to help with my budgeting, she was considerate of my needs and was patiently answering all my questions. She was very patient with me as she explained all the terms that go with renting the space. The best part was she treated me like a friend instead of a customer.
