If you can afford the rent hikes the company likes to make them I highly recommend the I70 and Harlan location. The employee, Chera (I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly), is the best. She helped us in any way she could for the 2 years we were there. She is absolutely amazing!

For the past week I’ve been trying to contact the unit to get help with our lock since we had lost the keys. Went today to try to access the unit and our buildings was the only one with the key pad not working. (That’s for the communication on that)
Not only that, but we had one attempted break in and another actual break in, no security footage cause there are no cameras on property.
This is ridiculous how much work to access our own things and that I have to leave a review to hopefully get a response.
Ms Stacy was an amazing help and very nice...She was sweet and very vocal..She helped me understand the public storage with a few other resources to help me get started my new journey in Colorado..Thank you so much Ms. Stacy

PS is great! I rented awful spaces where my belongings got stolen, but not here! They even called recently because after a walkthrough they noticed my lock wasn't fully secure. This could have resulted in stolen items, but they saved my butt! Thanks, Public Storage!

Beware of lease terms and people LIVING in the units! If you don't have your stuff out by last day of month they'll charge you additional month. Absolutely ridiculous since most leases start on the 1st. They WILL NOT give you grace period. This company is terrible anyway. They raise rent 20% every quarter. It's a ripoff! Not to mention I had someone living in the unit next to me for a couple weeks. That was cool. Go somewhere else, this place is trouble.

I do not like how they bump up the price after a couple of months of being there like if I wanted to pay that much I would have found one in that price range
I just rented my unit today and I cannot remember or find the name of the amazing woman who assisted me. She lives on site and was leaving when I pulled up. She got out of her car, came to the door, greeted me and was not a bit put out that I showed up as she was leaving. She was thorough, kind and professional. She went above and beyond to help me get everything set up even the app. Hang on to this one Public Storage - you are lucky to have her.
This is a 5 star review for the best manager Chera. She is by far the best manager I have ever had to deal with at a storage facility. She is amazing. I have had a storage in Denver for 15+ years. This is the best Public Storage there is. Not only does Chera take care of the property really well but she is excellent with customer service. I would give her extra stars if possible.

Alisha at Public Storage is awesome! The place is always super clean, she was constantly cleaning when she wasn't helping us and other customers. Always had a smile and was super positive and helpful! Alisha even helped me out when I got stuck with my door code. Plus, when the elevators were down, she ran to grab us an extra cart. She's the best! I will recommend and use PS always!!! Thank you Alisha!!!

The door code is SO finicky! It takes me 15 tries to get the door to the building (not the gate) open!
Very accommodating and easy to work with.
After a long drive from California wasn't looking forward to the headache of renting a storage. But it's a temporary must so I came to the public storage place close to home and seeing for year's. And I must say Chera made it so simple and a smooth process explaining every detail of size and what kind of lock was needed she is a true professional and knows her job well walked me threw everything. 5 stars give Chera no justice she's definitely a 10✨️ professional so if anyone looking for storage space this definitely place to come and rent from. I would have given this company a 5 🌟 but I would lie to myself about how disappointed I am with the billing situation. However front desk clerks are very well-suited to assist the customers and are friendly. Their customer service is very good.
I have been a dedicated tenant for 5 yrs this summer and never failed to make my payments on time till last year July when I came back late from my vacation and I didn't realize my debit card expired. Couldn't make a payment till I get my new card but the company already filed a Leinart for my unit and charged me a whooping$640 compare to$233.30 now my 10x15 unit is costing me$270.30 every month!!

Best customer service I've seen. It was incredibly hot outside and she still kind and most helpful.
The lady at front desk is so lazy and unprofessional I was disappointed how unorganized there staff and office runs
the worker was really really helpful — our code wasn’t working and she fixed it as soon as possible.
