We received notice that our rate on our unit was once again increasing. We called and spoke with Tom and asked if they had a smaller unit to rent. He said we were in luck and that there were several units available. He showed us both units and gave us a quote on both which were cheaper than the one we have now. Thanks to Tom for all his help and at the end of the day gave us a great deal!
Place is always clean. Great service. Tom is the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. Wish I can give it more than 5 stars. A+++++

We have had a 10x20 storage unit here for 4 years. It kept at a good rate with only a couple rate hikes until the last year when it increased $115 in one month. This was much higher rate than what someone new would be getting. We went and spoke with Tom and he took the $115 back off the monthly rate. Excellent customer service by him and because of him we are going to continue renting there. Thanks Tom!!!!!!
Hats off to Public Storage 15000 W. Parker Rd. A big thanks to Tom for all the help he's given the family on our storage unit. He, working with the home office was able to clear up problems we had with our account and made several positive suggestions on maximizing our storage space. Thanks again Tom!
I was in the process of downsizing my 10x5 unit, and Tom showed me a couple of the available 5x5 units. I later went online to reserve the smaller unit. The next day, I received a call saying the unit I had reserved may be smaller than what I needed (a 5x4). I went into the office the next day, and Tom was able to walk me through the transfer of my 10x5 to a 5x5 and made the process very simple and So easy!! Appreciate all of Tom's help, which was always with a smile! Highly recommend this facility at 15000 S Parker Rd!! Newer, clean, and secure. Plus, easy access through the app.
I contacted this storage facility several times in regards to the outrageous rent increase in our store unit. I happen to run into the District Manager on site who even agreed about the huge increase. The District Manager promised to call back and never followed through. I guess they were too busy to make the call to their customers request. We understand prices fluctuate from time to time but we took a HUGE INCREASE in our storage unit.
Message to the DM: the next time someone contacts you multiple times you should at least make a call back. Its not only rude, but very disappointing and unprofessional.
Moved out of our unit today and Tom was absolutely amazing in answering all of our questions! He helped us finish up and let us know what to expect next. 10/10 for Tom and this storage facility.
Tom took such great care of us, I believe I asked him 300 questions and answered each with a smile. Big help with helping us get a unit. The best was coming and seeing Tom, himself power washing the building ad I pulled up. Of course I was greated with a big smile and more help from Tom! We need more Tom's!

The customer service is outstanding.
All employees are friendly and concerned that renters are happy. Louie and Tom have been extremely helpful. Having never had a storage unit before, I did not know what to expect. Louie was very kind and patient with me explaining how the lock and unit works. He showed me how to use the APP to open the gate. Louie followed up with me the next day to be sure I was satisfied with my unit. Tom called me when I put in my notice to vacate. He wanted to be sure I was happy with my rental. The facility is clean and new. Thank you to the wonderful staff for your great customer service. Would definitely rent here again if the need arises.

I got my 5 x 5 Storage a couple of months ago I really love it is very spacious. I have never gotten a storage before so I was a little unsure of which one to get Clarissa was very helpful when I went in and got the Storage other staff was great too, Clarissa was very helpful in letting me know how to access through the app Which is really easy and I love to open the door that way. Clarissa was also very helpful when I was having trouble getting a box out of my car. I am glad that I am using Public Storage in Parker at 15000 West Parker Rd.

LOVING this place so far but it’s a shame that the first time that I asked for customer service help. I got an unbelievably rude and hostile ethnic man telling me that he’s going to put a note on my account for just wanting to see why I couldn’t get into the gate, and not even giving me helpful options as to why there could be a glitch. He has a very distinctive car like it has resin decals on it so if you see that car don’t go in and talk to him. I would say a very accusatory person, which I’m sad for him, unfortunately, he’s on the defensive as soon as you start to talk to him. But other than that so far, I am loving, storing my belongings here!!

I would prefer NO STARS! I have never in my life had to repeat myself so many times. You never know who you are going to speak to you when you call this location then when they have a power outage, they don’t want to take ownership of it. My husband and I took off work to vacate our storage unit, but couldn’t get in due to the power outage, then another day we went and couldn’t get in. There always seems to be sonething. And the latest one is asking me when i will be coming! WHAT? This has been an ongoing frustration and it has cost our jobs and a rocky marriage. I certainly hope that they credit us back for at least one month for this miserable experience.

Awful experience! Rate increases almost instantly. Icy unsafe conditions on the interior roads, huge incline/decline steep roads, office was closed damaged for months, customer service with the manager and "area manager" poor! Customer service did try to help once, but failed (but they DID try). Avoid Public storage at all costs in Colorado. They locked us out on "move out day", by checking us out and removing us from the system, but we were making trips, hired movers and a moving truck from out of town, still within business hours. And worst of all our leather was damaged inside their units because it was so hot inside the unit, our electronics were damaged. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! Pics to follow

The place is really clean, and conveniently located.
The pricing isn't stable, the price appears to go up every 3-6 months. My largest unit is changing from $260 to $324 a month. My two smaller units went from being $95 and $96 a month to $115 and $124, respectively. Not sure why or how, but the units that are $115 and $124 are the exact same size. Just make your storage short term. But beware you have to pay for the last 30 days regardless if you move out on the 2nd of month or whenever, as per the contract they don't prorate.

This is a.clean and out of the way storage location. Lewis at the front desk was very helpful. I took one star because the public storage app doesn't always work. It using USB to connect to the gate. Which is fine, but it doesn't always connect. So you have to make sure you have that long code you get to open the gate. The prices for the storage are fine, but you want to make sure you get one on-line to get any deals. If you just show up, you'll be paying full price. Also if you do it online you can fill out all your information instead of wasting your time at the counter, which can take forever if their computer is having problems.
Met someone there that is using the storeage to buy a piece of furniture. Looks very clean and well maintained.

I used this location for temporary storage for my recent move. The unit size was perfect, the facility was clean, access was easy via the app, and Louie answered all my questions & took care of my needs each Sunday when I stopped by.
I needed storage asap for our move from California to Colorado and Eric and Luis were very helpful and courteous. When I only needed 1 of the 2 storage units Luis recognized it and modified my account the same day. I highly recommend Public Storage located at 15000 W Parker Road in Parker Colorado.

Update 5 months later: Just moved out of the units and it was an easy process. I "moved out" on the app and just stopped by the office to finalize it. Took less than 5 minutes.

I stopped in today with many asks and I was so relieved to have Louie there to help. He was so very patient with me and went out of his way to ease my complicated situation with my out of state move. I don’t understand the pricing being different online rather than in person, among other things, so I couldn’t give five stars. However, Louie gets 10 stars and I was very fortunate to have him help me! Public Storage is lucky to have him!

Nice new clean facility. Three stars due to pricing scheme. They get you in at a reasonable rate and then raise fees substantial (20%) a few months later. I would recommend trying to find somewhere that is more honest about their prices.

Yet another price hike! They are now charging 31% more than when I signed up last year. Rather surprising seeing that there are still many unrented units. Dropping review to two stars and looking for a new storage facility.

Holy cow they did it again. Is there no end to their greed? New rate is now 78% higher than when I signed up last year! 78%! That is just nuts.
