Worst experience ever. They will literally gouge you with another months rent and late fees of $20 continuously for not taking the lock off when you schedule your move out date.

Bait and Switch- I rented from this Public Storage location 6 months ago based on their semi-annual 50% off deal. Expecting this to be too good to be true, I spoke to Daniel about the specifics of the plan and was told that I'd be paying half what I'd otherwise pay... for the length of the contract. I expected incremental rate increases but it's barely 6 months later and my rate has increased almost an additional 50% from $58 to $84. I've researched other local locations and have found rates for the same size unit ranging from $87 to $109 with the only outlier being Public Storage, where the rate is a whopping $175. So, they offer a great rate, have you move your things in, then tell you that you're still getting 50% of what you'd "otherwise get HERE" based on their rate which is massively inflated compared to the local market average. More than just a little disappointed, I guess I'm moving all of my things... again.

Update from 3 to 1: Pull up on a Saturday to move things in and no notice, roads are being paved on a Saturday and you have 0 access to your unit. They say sorry you weren’t notified try again tomorrow and do nothing about it. If you go 1 day over your allotted rental time though, they would charge you a full month. 1 exit and people just park in front of the exit and nothing is done about it. Lack of Move In/Out Convenience Staff very friendly and make sure to call to answer questions before move in. App is convenient. Price is good My biggest complaint is convenience when actually moving in and out - specifically the climate controlled space in the back. Building 6 - there is one entrance to get to all 200 units. When moving in. 4 different customers were moving in. - there is also, 1 cart for all 200 units… again 4 customers trying to move in at once. - door to the building locked all day this Saturday and has no way to prop the door open. - where you park to load is on an incline so someones cart ran right into someone else’s cart while loading. - last thing is size of hallways. They are pretty small so if you have anything bigger than a medium sized couch, it is going to be a big pain to move it in

I was so relieved to get a phone call from Louis at the time of closing out my storage units. Att 71 I have a hard time navigating the internet on my phone to pay the bill then I also forgot my password. The phone call was a great relief. Previously Julie was a fabulous help at the front desk. I even considered hiring her for a management position at a company I own. This storage was always clean & proved to be safe for my antique furniture.

We recently move our office into area and we were looking for relatively close storage. David is super nice and helpful. He answer all the concerns and doubts. He helped changing unit without any hesitation. Highly recommended.

Where to even begin? How about the time they locked me in the office for over an hour? Or the time they installed a lock that wasn't mine on my unit and I couldn't get in? Or the fact the office is only manned 30% of the time or less, with no one answering calls or available for office tasks such as taking payment? I've had to wait multiple hours on site four different times. Or the way they raise their rates by 50% after three months? Really, really bad company. Do not recommend.

Sold my mom's house and needed a place to store and sort through things. This Public Storage unit was perfect - clean, dry, secure and the mobile app makes the whole set up super easy. Tori was both helpful and friendly when I needed anything.

Raised rent twice with no notice by 75%, don't rent here. Reply: Actually I brought this up multiply times even when I renting with you, don't sit here and say you'll look into once a public statement is made. You broke rental contract.. crooks

Met Tori and discussed the availability of a 5x10x8 unit. I was looking for information and there was no hard sales involve. Just shopping around. I got all the information I needed; she showed the exact unit we would be renting. Her Service was the best sales pitch possible. I had checked out a storage place U-All may have seen before. Tori had a fair price and fantastic service. If you want to have out of this world service, stop by and talk to Tori (Thurs- Mon). If you want to be shuffles around in the crowd, U-All now where to go. I can not say enough about the service received. I am looking forward to doing business at Public Storage.

I had the pleasure of working with Victoria today, I came in thinking I knew everything I needed to get my move going but boy was I wrong, Victoria took the time to point out some very helpful and important moving items I will be using to protect my things and make my moving transition over all easier. The facility was well kept and her customer service was outstanding. If you’re in the area and in need of storage, moving necessities, or even just have questions I would HIGHLY recommend this public storage location!

11/2/22, 505pm. This place is now a joke. No staff on site and when they do have them They’re incompetent as fill in employees. Yay lucky us…. If you're going to hire staff, teach them the job first. Go elsewhere Julie and Tori were wonderful / amazing and great to work with but no longer on site

Had a climate controlled unit there for 2yrs. During that time it the building leaked/flooded 3x different times during heavy rains. Seriously? You have one job and that is to keep my stuff dry. The first time they asked me to come out and check my stuff because water had gotten through. But the fact they had to call me out 2 more times over 18months is ridiculous. They didn't (and still have not) fixed it is simply poor ownership, management and disservice to the tenants. Some of my boxes and contents were ruined. There is mold in the unit (see picture). Also, they raised my single unit rate 4x during that time. Starting at $135 and increased to $220. I am out.

Public Storage was wonderful to work with. The website was easy to navigate, and everything went smoothly for us while working with them. The property manager at Lone Tree, CO was always available, responding promptly, and was very considerate throughout. Would not hesitate to do business with them again, and would recommend without hesitation.

I spoke with Tori a little while ago regarding move-out and final bill payment. She had the best customer relations attitude: friendly, energetic, helpful, easy to talk to. Tori went the extra step to help me resolve the issue at hand. I cannot think of a better customer service experience: it was a joy to work with her!

Tori and Tommy were genuinely helpful and made the entire process as smooth as can be. Tori was also very knowledgeable about the property's history and was able to go into detail about its security features etc.
