I have been having problems with the Briarwood site pretty much since I started renting there. Horrible communication with the staff and the site's always a mess. So when I need something, I don't do to them, I go to another site. And to my luck, I went to the South Park location, aired some of my problems, and from the looks of it, Marnie has helped resolve at least one already. She's the type of employee Public Storage needs to be on the lookout for, and keep.

I’m going into 3rd year renting here, it’s great and I want to stay as long as I need storage. Great location and no issues ever. Except my last bill didn’t seem right… so I went in office to talk to Charlotte and explained situation. She said she’d see what she could do, and within minutes had the issue completely resolved. Even better solution than I’d hoped for going into office. Great customer service and I feel good having my stuff there. Definitely recommend.
