I love the location of this public storage. I feel that my mother’s stuff is safe not only because of the location but also because the manager lives on site. This unit has stealers living in the units and completely destroyed my unit for the last time I had this problem 2 times they took my stuff again I'm so tired of my items being destroyed. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE HORRIBLE and if you have cherisrable items do not leave them in there. The workers are unprofessional and have no idea there was cameras on site so be prepared for a horrible experience Beware they also take down your reviews too especially when they know they look horrible By the way they are on the news too

After password issues for online payment, I went there in person to pay my monthly rental. The very nice lady working waived my late payment and gave me a six month rental discount. Happy camper now.

This is the only location we have had problems with we got behind on our payment we told the lady we will pay we did we clear everything out our roommate was still trying to get his stuff out he couldn't so we made sure we were paid though march instead the lady keeps opening our unit 2 locks have been cut barely any communication even before she got there I'm missing items I'm downloading the footage from my go pro then to make it worst she calls me today to insult me and give me a scalding like she's my mom our contract is paid she's not supposed to be going in our locker if I can have the corporate number or someone it will be appreciated

What a wonderful experience at this store today! Elena took the time to help me download the Public Storage app so I was able to open the gate with my phone and manage our account too. This place tries to get as much as they can out of you. If you move out on the 1st you owe the whole month. Whether you're there or not, that's just one of the examples of how this place operates. There is a opening in the fence for people to come and go as they please. They have not fixed it. And when the storage was broken into they had no answers or cares for the situation at hand.

I barely moved in February 9th 2023 and my unit got vandalized 2 times and things gott stolen. The managers are not helping and workers their didn't even care my stuff gott stolen they emailed or called me later me my lock was missing they didn't even call me to notified me. I hate this storage place I am definitely going to report the workers. If anyone reads this review beware your unit might get stolen in this area there are desperate people who will steal your stuff. I even heard people are living in the storage units as well. They destroyed my unit everyone so beware of this they steal here so reconsider renting a storage unit here I will have pictures so the world can see what happened to my unit. I will never recommend this storage place to anyone . I noticed people living in this area so beware of your stuff getting stolen. They destroyed my property and took very expensive items and I won't forget this experience ever IIF ANYONE MOVES IN THIS PLACE BEWARE THEY STEAL AND NO ONE HELP YOU EITHER SO DONT WAISTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE UNITS they stole items in my unit 2 times DO NOT RENT FROM UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE

I wish I could give negative reviews out loud. We were there on the first day to drop stuff off. There were 3 people in front of us. It turned out that they were breaking into a unit. There was no one on site to address it so we left. We decided to get our stuff and leave. When we returned the next day to retrieve our stuff and leave, there was a man there. He was totally rude and dismissive.Anyway, if you use this facility, expect your life and memories to be stolen.

The facility is good. Easy access and clean units, but beware when moving out that if you pay for the month on the 1st and move out on the 2nd then they will not prorate the month and give you a refund. You pay month to month, regardless of when you move out. Kind of a rip off.

What a joke , it seems it's a company wide practice to stay at home and handle the company business. I should say mishandle. It took 2 days to get hold of the property manager and when we did she had another person act like she was paying a bill , she didn't realize I was standing in front of a locked office door. Then manager person threw out a bunch of excuses like my cars registration is out of date .

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit and may I say the customer service exceeded all expectations. Lexus was very helpful and made the process feel like a breeze. As the children would say, “NO CAP,” but this woman is doing the lord’s work. She was able to bring me in on short notice to tour and confirm my reservation which by the way, was a huge life saver. Plus, she made it a priority to discuss all details pertaining the rental agreement with outstanding professionalism and clarity; which surprisingly, increased my trust in Public Storage. 10/10 I will be a returning customer thanks to her!

A truly awful and rundown place!!! It's filthy, unsafe, and one the doors to the building I was supposed to be in was unlocked and swung open freely. DO NOT LEASE HERE! I showed up for a scheduled appointment and found the office door locked. I waited 40 minutes total and nobody showed up. There was some kind of inspector finishing up some work there and he told me the manager had just left. So I eventually left and found a much safer and cleaner place close by at StorQuest, which I highly recommend. I called back numerous times and nobody answered so later that day I went back by. The door was still locked but a lady opened the door and said the office was closed, which obviously was a lie. It told her my story and she said there was nothing she could do and I said to give me my money back, but since I had given up earlier and gone through the online checkin process and accessed the property she said she couldn't give me my money back, just have me move out. Interestingly, I had gone to the building where my unit was and the door that I was supposed to go through did not work with the code I was given, so I walked down to the next door which clearly did not have any way to lock so I went in that door to my unit which had a red tag through the lock hole that I should have known to just pull off. She even said doing so was in my move in instructions...which again was a lie. So she eventually gave me a refund for the lock I never bought and the rent for the month but said the admin fee was nonrefundable so now I have to jump through more hoops to get that money back even though they were the ones who didn't show up to my checkin appointment in the first place. She even tried to tell me the manager was on the property when I was there earlier but was helping other people. I had been there for 40 minutes and the inspector person told me the manager had left right before I got there so I know the woman filling in was lying yet another time! Awful experience. They will lie to your face and the property is absolutely disgusting and definitely unsafe.

We rented a storage unit today, and the process could not have been easier. Zedrick was friendly and very efficient. He answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we needed in order to start moving our things to the unit.

They did a rate increase two months in a row one of their employees got into my storage I don't have a code for the hallway so I couldn't shut my storage this last time I have a whole bunch of things missing I am really not too happy here

Good physical location. Easy to get in and out of , finding someone in the office when you need them is questionable. So if you need to speak with someone about your bill or a repair you better do it on a Monday or Tuesday when the assistant manager Zedrick is there, because the rest of the week its a hit or miss if you can find someone to help you.

5 stars!! I spoke to Zendrick yesterday and this location has such great staff!! He was so compassionate and understanding. He really made things easier for me in a tricky situation. My mom passed away and I needed her death certificate to gain access into her unit and Zendrick gave me reference to a good cheap locksmith in my price range because I am tight on money. He took the time to write extra notes so when I come back if he is not there the next person will know my situation. He was very patient and kind. I am so grateful to have had an easy and great experience because normally people give me such a hassle when I go out to get things done. Thank you to public storage/ for everything and extra thanks to Zendrick!! I will be sure to come here if I ever need storage and recommend friends!

The unit was clean and the move in and move out process super simple. My only disappointment is the space between some of the aisle turns are very tight and there are no mirrors to see who is or isn't coming at you from around the corners as you approach.

Evicted us 5 months ago but forgot to post the notice. But they took my money every month. No good reason for the eviction was ever explained to me.

Stay away from public storage. They steal your money by way of incompetence. Then leave you on hold, disconnect or transfer you. They owe me for my time and inconvenience.

This was my first time getting a storage unit by far the best customer service I've received from any type of business not only was I able to set myself up online quick and without a hassle but when I needed help and called the store they were nice, helped me set myself with a bigger storage unit to fit my needs I'm very happy that this was my experience for my first time Thank you so much Lexi!

Hopefully I'm in the right spot to leave a review for Public Storage located at 5788 W 6th Ave. Yesterday I left a review on the Public Storage survey that was sent to me, but I want to make sure it's seen because the person that assisted me was exceptional, her name is Lexus and I was very impressed not only with her professionalism and knowledge but her friendly customer service goes a very long way also and she made me feel welcome. Lexus is a wonderful representative for Public Storage and I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. She made the experience of renting a storage unit effortless and easy for me and I truly appreciate it so much.

Like with many companies - pay attention to the details. A great rate... can be increased each month (so don't get too lulled with autopay - pay attention to the monthly rates!) And I have found they have not been the most responsive (in answering the phone/returning calls) - but they are making efforts to improve. The facility itself is tidy and well taken care of.
