Along with several of the other reviewers here, my unit was also burglarized, and several thousand dollars of goods were taken. The property manager has never run so fast when I told him what happened. He threw the "Orange Door" pamphlet at me and said I dont know what to tell you and vanished. UPDATE*** I just heard from Orange Door Insurance and they are DENYING my claim because there is "No sign of forced entry" despite pictures of boxes ripped open, furniture broken, thrown about and complete and utter disarray. Everything in my unit was moved in by professional movers, under my direct supervision. Again this was behind 3 different coded locks. This is definitely an inside job. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PROPERTY HERE!!!
I have had 2 storage units here in HR since 2021, paying on them both while living back home in MI. There's a story behind all of that but I would have to write a novel! I would just like to say, after dealing with a few other employees during my time there, BRIAN has been incredibly helpful and was able to help me more in one day than the others were able to do over the last 3 YEARS! I would literally dread it if I would have to call the office, knowing nothing was going to be accomplished. I look forward to eventually being able to get our things back home, but until then, I am very happy to know that if any more issues do arise, that he will have no problem handling it for me. Thank you so much for your help, Brian...You are doing an AMAZING job!!

Similar to Daniel below, I also discovered that my rental unit was emptied out with thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen. My lock was not broken and my unit is located behind three coded doors/gates. I have also since filed a police report and am hoping to hear back soon. If you own a unit here, you might want to go check on your stuff. If you are considering renting here, reconsider. The front desk seemed to not have a full grasp on how to handle the situation. I did a walk through of the property after the theft was discovered and found security doors left ajar, gates held open, etc. Please be careful when looking into your storage unit locations.
I went to my storage unit today only to find out that someone had gotten into my unit and taken thousands of dollars of personal items out of my Storage unit. I would advise people to take a look into their storage unit at this location. Somebody definitely had keys to my unit or knows how to pick locks. Apparently they’re looking into it. I guess we’ll see what the video footage shows. I filed a police report now, I just have to wait… the new guy. Ryan didn’t really seem to care about what had happened. He told me that they will look into it. The kid seemed kind of mad too, about the entire situation. just waiting to hear back
I have been in and out of the climate controlled building on Siskin
for 20 years. The last 2 years the Air Conditioning has not worked and the building was getting up to over 105. Also the security doors on that building were not working and were always wide open. There is a new manager at that location named Bryan that I spoke to about the issues and I came in today and the air was working and the security doors. The 5 stars are for Bryan, not Public storage ! Thanks Bryan!

I had booked a storage unit with a certain other green logoed storage company, and due to a glitch in their system was unable to access it upon arrival. Their customer service team wasn't able to get the issue fixed, and I was left with a full moving truck due back that same afternoon. I drove to this Public Storage location as it was the nearest one, and I'm glad I did. Clarissa went above and beyond and helped me to get the perfect unit the same day, saving me over $100 in additional fees for my rental truck. I'm very glad I chose this location, and I appreciate the easy and helpful experience, would recommend to anyone considering renting a unit here!

Super frustrated with the Bait and Switch situation offering $92 on line then changing it to $102 while I'm filling out the paperwork. The excuse given was: "That's how quickly the market changes in your area" Also very frustrated with an additional $64 charge two weeks in. Can't get a response to my inquiry. I'm now 2 weeks into my $92 a month unit and down $214.41. $20 for a key and $30 for "beginner fee". I have no idea what makes up the rest.
Getting everything set up in a pinch was easy through these guys. Dawn was helpful and flexible when it came to having moving pods dropped off when it came time to move out. No discount for 5⭐️ reviews, unfortunately.

Beware!! Their locks can be “picked” very easily. We have been broken into twice in the last 3 weeks. We are in the process of moving out , went today and broken into again. We have an inside unit, code to get into building and then code for elevator. Don’t believe them when they say these locks cant be opened without the key. Guess our stuff is interesting to the thieves.Maybe an Inside job? Or maybe a thief with their own unit and stealing stuff.?
We can’t get access to camera to see what’s going on. Apparently, public storage is the new way to steal!!!!

I have rented several storage units at many Public Storage locations, but this location has been one of the best experiences thanks to the property manager Dawn. I opened two unit back in October starting with the online process. Dawn called me right away to confirm my reservation and walk me though the process. Throughout my stay Dawn was extremely polite and was always available to answer any questions or help me if I needed anything. From the cleanliness of the units to Dawn's attentiveness I strongly recommend the Highlands Ranch location.
