This place has to be one of the worst storage facilities I have ever been to. It has been a nightmare from step one. First my unit gets broken into and the facility takes too long to repair damages done by the thief's so in order to keep my claim with the insurance they gave to me I had to intervene and fix the damages myself in order for my unit to be secure. Then my grandfather's vehicle is stolen from in front of the office as I stepped inside to figure out why the gate would not open. Then I am harassed and mistreated by employees for being handicapped and/or for not being black as the two employees harassing me were both black. They when went as lie as to involve numerous other black customers to go against me, then lied to upper management about the way things happened making me the villain. Cameras would prove me the victim but nothing has been done. After the altercation I'm told that I'm not allowed on the property without police escort for reasons I don't know. Which Denver Police never have time to deal with such calls so I have not been back to my storage since. Then my unit is locked out one week premature to the due date I believe out of spite. To now I'm being told I have one day to pay for my unit or it goes up for auction. Social services is willing to pay but are being given the run around on how to do so because they can only pay with a check. Plz I feel so powerless in this situation who can I talk to before it's too late.

Initially when I stated renting the price was $99 a month. Then out of nowhere it increased up to $133 a month.
The move out process is not straightforward. I scheduled a move out through the app and nothing told me I had to remove the lock in order to complete the process. I got charged for the entire month of May even though I moved out the first week of April. The management almost never answers their phone.
Overall awful experience and wouldn’t recommend this specific location.
Julie was so accommodating, kind and helpful! She made our house to storage transition so easy. It’s also so close to our home and nice to know that our neighboring businesses are right next door. I also need to add how secure and clean the place is:-) Thank you Julie!!!

This is a very conveniently located storage space if you’re around Sloan Lake or the Highlands. Julie is amazing and extremely helpful with anything you may need. Company PRICE SPIKES!
They continue to raise the rent month over month due to “the market”. Manager requested and told me this would be reduced and this request was denied. No one communicated this was even a request. Just to pay X. Now we have spiked monthly and late fees.
Contract pricing means nothing after 30 days - they will continue to raise price as stated by the DM as much as they see fit. BEWARE!
The location is great and the service was polite and efficient.

Cat feces were left in the hallway of my storage unit. The whole place reeked of its smell. The property manager is MIA. It is really tough to leave your things somewhere, where the property manager never answers the phone. I moved out prior to the next billing cycle and she did not come to review my space.

Hours are correct and Julie is a lifesaver! Drove around for an hour to several storage unit facilities in the area and all of them were closed earlier than the listed times on Google. Couldn't get past the Public Storage auto-answer but decided to roll the dice and showed up at 4:55PM on Saturday, and Julie was there waiting for me to help get me setup with all of the moving and packing supplies that I required. Today this Julie and this location proved to be the only 5 star business for me.

3 points to make mention of. 1: they are very strict on entering the premises after hours. (This is a good thing) I myself twice needed to grab stuff from my unit (afterhours) and was notified immediately via phone call and email ,that this was unacceptable. Note it was in a manner of respect and concern for safty.
2: they are very kind when it comes to notifying you on late payments, and very understanding that life happens. 3:Julia was my best experience, so kind and understanding to my situations. She always spoke with kindness, caring, and understanding.
I will absolutely use their services again.

So if you're looking for a place to store your things anywhere in denver the public storage on 26th and and Sheridan is one of the best places to go Miss Julie was extremely helpful and nice and I give it a full five stars definitely one of the better places I found in Colorado also on a side note Miss Julie should receive a $1 raise just because of her manners alone just in case her boss cuz you ever read this please do that for me she deserves it

The new team has really gotten this place on lock! They keep it safe, clean, and up to date. I accidentally left my key in my lock, and they noticed less than an hour later and called me. I was already out of town, so they held on to it for a week.
