I had the best customer service experience in years! Michael was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive from the moment I arrived to drop off my items. He greeted me warmly, making me feel welcomed. The facility was spotless, and reserving a new unit was quick and hassle-free.
What stood out most was Michael’s dedication—while he was out in the lot cleaning, he took the time to check if my unit met my expectations. Not only that, he paused his work to answer my questions about the insurance policy, ensuring I felt completely informed and supported. Truly outstanding service!
They are constantly jacking up the rent prices. Got promotion that lasted 2 years, upped the prices after a while, and now raising it another $50.
They change it whenever they feel like it

I arrived at the start of the day and was greeted by a lovely lady whom confirmed I was in the right place. She was very splendiferous and attentive. I of course had many questions about the facility which she readily answered. I had a brief conversation with her regarding the ebike rebate program and I soon departed with a large smile on my face, set the tempo for the rest of the day. Hated it they tried to charge me for a Xtra 30 days and I was out of the storage before the due date!! Never will I use the service again. The office smelled just like weedwith 4 kids playing and ridings bikes in the lot. Smh
The place sucks. The elevator is always broken. The guy was there tonight and couldn’t even get into the locked elevator room to fix it.
When I say it's always broken I mean it's broken. the elevator guy comes and fixes it and it's broken again usually within a week. Do yourself a favor and find a family owned place that cares about you and isn't a corporation.

The storage units themselves are alright. There’s a spider problem in block D that I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone about, but it’s nothing some Raid can’t fix. The unit I rented was emptied from the previous tenant, but it wasn’t given any pest treatment from what I could tell.
