I moved across country and needed a place to store boxes and furniture while I looked for an apartment in Denver. This Public Storage was located near where I was staying, and I was able to quickly rent a unit. I rented a climate controlled unit and it was very easy to do. The location is secure and I felt that my belongings were safe there.
I rented a unit for 6 months, and move out was easy. Elliott answered my questions and also confirmed that everything was in place for my move out. He was very friendly and helpful and I appreciate him keeping me updated.

The Property Manager at this location was so kind to me today. I had fallen behind on my payments and was put up for auction at 12:30 pm. I arrived at 1:00 pm to make the payment, unfortunately the auction already started. I had a complete emotional break down in the office sobbing uncontrollably. Elliott was very calm and helpful in answering my questions, and listening to me cry. After all was said and done I was able to make my late payment and my unit was not auctioned today!!!! Thank You Elliott, Your customer service was genuine and helpful.

Easy storage rental process at S. Pontiac Way, Denver, Colorado. Shentel at front desk was quite helpful and showed compassion to me as I rented outdoor parking space for 4 days. Still very important to me and she understood my concern. Will use Public Storage in the future if I will need a place for storage!

Be careful when you rent here. Because they like to take advantage of people. They told me that they rented me a 10 / 10. But in actuality, it's an 8 / 8, but they're charging me for a 10 / 10. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow. And then I'm going to go file a lawsuit. Make sure you measure the unit before you rent it

Manager Rules with an iron fist. I feel very unwelcome here.
Edit: not really 24 hour access if onsite manager decides she doesn’t like you. Corporate management can’t even email or return a call. Storage units (we have 3) were broken into and they have camera footage yet can’t tell us who. Same day we report the break in they hand us eviction notices. Delete our gate code and want us out within 10 days with no overnight access (which is out actual schedule and management knew that upon move in) or any access at all. Super. You wonder why you have had tenants run cars through your gates. Now we know why! RUN! Stay away! That up front first impression is a facet and fake as hell. This entire company is shady and unprofessional!

I'm visually impaired and I pass by the there all the time on way going to my gym, The Manager there is very friendly. however she seams very concern with the safety of everyone. Apparently she had expressed some safety concerns of me walking through the parking lot. Even though I'm not a customer there. However she had asked me to be safe when crossing the streets and her parking lot. I Just want to thank Mrs. Tina for watching out for everyone safety and for reminding me be safe.

I found a great deal for a unit online, and I could not be happier with the layout location and especially the customer service. Shantel was wonderful to work with on the phone and even better in person. She quickly got me set up with my unit and made me feel like a really valuable customer.
At first we thought it was great. We need the 24 hour access because our hours run late or early both for my work as a contractor and in our personal lives. I have been trying to catch up with organizing the remains of a packed 4 bedroom house with 2 car garage, full of hardware, family memoribilia and tools, while enjoying ADD and life on the autistic spectrum. My girlfriends mother recently passed away, and now we are including her items into the mix.
The security would drive by and wave as we unloaded our truck into the wee hours of morning. We felt safe and welcome.
Then, maybe a couple of days into the process, after a grueling couple of days packing up a storage at another company, I awoke in our moving van to a manager explaining that we could not sleep there. My gf had apparently parked in front of the unit and fallen asleep after I had fallen asleep on the drive.
We apologized, and got up to unload. Two days later as we were again unloading our rented vehicle, we received a text telling us that we had now been at the property for 45 minutes, which was considered loitering, and we had a hf hour to leave. We did not see that text until the next day, and we had ended up unloading for an additional 4 hours. A day later, we were informed that our lease was terminated. No amount of explaining or apologies were accepted. 10 days were given for us to move the 20' by 10' storage we had just taken time off to fill.

Absolutely the best 24-hour accessible storage facility in the Denver metro area. It is the third time that I have used this exact location always very impressed, appreciative, and amazed by the assistance I have received. I can go as far as saying that this specific location on Quebec and Evans and also the location on Holly and Evans are Head and shoulders above the rest.
FYI, that's also to say that the location of Havana and Iliff is not included in this review/recommendation ( as I have received absolutely horrible, unexcusable, downright unethical or acceptable at any extent in this day and age type of service on more than one occasion from the gentleman that claims to own/manage/live/dictate over this location). Please stay away from there irregardless of where you end up renting from. He is a truly scary individual I will always and forever do everything in my capabilities to keep people clear of. I am posting a detailed review on his Google Maps Location shortly after I finish moving. Please feel free to check it out if you are interested in additional information on what I've experienced over there multiple times now.
