Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 2025 S Holly St, Denver, CO

I have used Public Storage on and off for years this time has been my most horrible experience not only from corporate that rents these units but now also the complex at 2025 South Holly itself I want to make sure they know that I know where I'm posting because apparently they like trying to confuse people at this property so their review looks confusing trust me I know where my location is and I know where I'm renting from and the person in this office likes to harass the customers instead of asking you how your day is going he will come over in rudely tell you how you're not supposed to be doing this or that I was putting my RV door back on he rushes over and says I cannot work on my stuff outside it has been below zero for the last 3 days snowing like hell and moisture was inside of my unit I was trying to readjust the door to keep snow out and put it back on the way he approaches you is very unprofessional make someone's skin crawl I also told him about the snow removal that was piled in front of my trailer making it impossible for me to have access to my trailer with a big pile of snow in front of it he walks around the complex comes back and asked me where the pile of snow is I'm like I show him a picture of it and I'm like it's out there in the middle of the driveway where I shoveled it he walks away proceeds to call me an hour later after I've left a property ask me if I'm still there I'm like dude why are you calling me why are you asking me if I'm still there? Apparently I didn't use my code to leave I followed somebody out now he accuses me of sleeping in my RV says he's going to write an incident report on me I'm like dude you need to write an incident report on yourself for your disrespect to the customers and harassing them stay far away from 2025 South Holly Public Storage there is one person there that is very disrespectful unprofessional calling me to ask if I'm on the property and accusing me of sleeping in my trailer possible cause for lawsuit stay far away from this property if you don't like being harassed also I asked his name several times and he kept avoiding me because he knows I was going to write a review and report him I will update this review when I find out his name also this person has been there for years harassing customers if I can prove this there could possibly be a lawsuit I see other reviews in the past that match this kind of behavior there is no reason for the customers to be harassed at this location I moved out to save myself any extra stress but got a receipt on the 28th and move out receipt I have called corporate they were supposed to have me moved out on the 1st I'm sure now they will make excuse for this denying access to my parking spot when it was paid until the 31st also I will attach two photos where I have called Public Storage corporate number several times to be told somebody's going to call me they never do they have double charged me for the service that I didn't even get that they moved me out early for that matter this is by far the worst experience ever because not only the property what happened on the property but how Public Storage responds to their customers corporate doesn't even respond please stay away from public storage I will never rent there again after using them for years after this experience Also let's not forget the day that I rented this spot Public Storage sent me to two other properties that did not have available spaces I don't know why but they don't know how to rent you the correct space online either the first one I went to had a dumpster in front of it second place they wanted me to parallel park my trailer blame it on me said I didn't tell them what kind of vehicle I have they asked that before I went there really blew away about 4 hours of my day on top everything else that's going on and no response they do not care about their customers

Dylan is the main man in the office. The storage facility is incredibly clean thanks to him, and he is top notch dealing with billing issues or anything else you may need. I highly recommend the Public Storage facility at 2025 South Holly St. Denver CO.

Security Self Storage-I love it being open 24 hours a day. The staff are very nice and the property is very clean. UPDATE-Security Self Storage was bought out my Public Storage and it is no longer open 24 hours a day. Also they kept the prices as they were when we had 24 hour access but took our access away. New staff are very rude.

Dylan has been an awesome property manager, you can tell he genuinely cares about customers and is always willing to help. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a storage space.

No longer security self storage. I originally picked security for the 24 hour access which was great. I was even willing to pay a little more for the accommodation. Now it's public storage. First thing that happened is 24 hour access gone, now you have to be out the gate by 9 pm. You know what happened next. Dang right they did! Discounted my... lol, they absolutely raised the rent ⬆️ to the lid! Paying over $400 for 10X20. Due to the time restrictions I can only get there so often but I'm moving out!!! Bunch of jive turkey's! Which part isn't part of the business model? Looks to me it's exactly how you roll. See photo! This would be the second rent hike! And the last thing that's happened is anyone being more accommodating. In fact the only time I've dealt with anyone, they were telling me I had to have my door all the way open and that it was in my contract. I've since went over that contract and failed to find any verbage that would validate the young man's remarks. If there was I would move out, probably going to anyway, but I'm not renting a booth at the flea market to advertise all of my things! I pay now $370/mo for my things! You don't think my things are important to me?! My door will remain reasonably cracked or open but that's about as flexible I think anyone should be.

Barry at Public Storage at Holly has been terrific. When Public Storage took over this facility we were tempted to move, but he has been great at helping us out and giving us great deals and reasons to stay. Clean, well maintained, and most importantly safe facility with great management.

I had a bit of trouble trying to write a review since for some reason the Holly St location only comes up in a google search and not one the site for reviews. Harrison was amazing to work with in scheduling storage for us! He arranged for a unit convenient for a 90 ft. semi truck to bring in our goods as we transition from living in AZ to CO. So easy to work with and super helpful!

Fantastical! I love that this self storage has access at all hours. 24 hour access is especially convenient for me being such a werekitty.

I've utilized this storage facility multiple times, and everytime I am thoroughly impressed with cleanliness and how friendly the staff is!

The gentleman at the counter was very polite and helpful. After buying my storage I stated I would return with my own lock directly the next day. When I wasn't able to he went out of his way to call me and let me know he put a store lock on my storage just to secure the couple things I had in there till I could get down there with a lock. I think this was very kind and thoughtful of him and I appreciate his help.
