Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1042 S Parker Rd, Denver, CO

I want to specifically rate this location for the great work done by the people who run it. They are super attentive and friendly, always willing to help you and answer your questions. Thanks to Public Storage, we hire qualified people and we need more people like that.

One minor drawback was that the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours, but it wasn’t a major issue. Pricing was competitive, and they were upfront about all the costs involved, avoiding any hidden fees. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage options in the Denver area.

I recently visited Public Storage, and I was extremely disappointed. The facility was nasty and gross. The smell was overwhelming, a horrid mixture of bleach, poop, and Chinese food. The appearance wasn't much better than the smell—it was dirty and poorly maintained. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and safe storage solution.

No carts when the office is closed

I would recommend this place to anybody, it is clean and well kept. Connie is knowledgeable and friendly.

90% of the time no one is available at the front desk even during business hours, 50% of the time the elevators are broken, and the staff is rude. Find a different storage unit.

The damn elevator has been broken for over a week

Would give negative 100 stars if I could. - rented a 10 x 10 storage unit here 3 months ago, all was well moving in. - then I rented a 10 x 20 unit to give myself more room to maneuver, I was going to transfer my stuff over. The day I came to move units, my code for the new unit didn't work, they systems were down, the employee had no idea what to do, I couldn't access the new unit. - I requested a refund for the new unit, and about a week later I tried again, got a second unit, this time I'd hired movers. - This time, I didn't even receive an access code to the new unit, despite having paid for it. When I showed up, there were no employees there, despite it being 20 minutes past opening. - The elevators were down, and entire floors were locked, there were other disgruntled customers there. Once again the systems were down. No one could access their units. - One person told us this had been their repeated experience. They also said the bathrooms repeatedly flooded, and instead of fixing the plumbing, the employees would just lock the bathroom doors. HELLO MOLD AND SEWAGE CONTAMINATION! - I lost a lot of money for the movers I'd hired, and for the SECOND TIME was unable to access a unit I'd paid for. - Even if I'd been able to access the unit, it was on the third floor, and the elevators weren't working, so...imagine moving big furniture. Impossible. - Even if I'd been able to access the new unit, I'd apparently been cancelled from my current unit, as that code wasn't working! So now I am paying for two units, one is full of my stuff, but I cannot access either of them!! - It is impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone. Text chat doesn't work at all. Your only option for customer service is the chat feature on the website. - Avoid this place at all costs. Run away. Seriously. - They are now refusing to refund my second unit. The chat person accused me of lying. Still haven't been able to get ahold of a manager.

I love the fact that this property is clean! Ms. Connie is amazing, she knows the ends and outs of the property. Plus the climate control is amazing in the building. It’s cool, quiet, and a place to store you personal belongings!

Trying to find a place to store my stuff I was so overwhelmed. Toni was helped me and she sure did a rad job reassuring me about storing with public storage. Great service I highly recommend!

When my wife and I went in to obtain a storage unit Connie was great which would’ve ended this review right there at a five star review. However when we came in today to put some things in our storage unit Connie was less than friendly. We asked to use a dolly to move things from my truck to the unit to which her reply was very snarky she needed my drivers license (understandable) but we wouldn’t get it back until she was done with her lock checks as she was the only person there. This wouldn’t have been an issue if she was tactful about how she told us but she wasn’t. She conveyed they were understaffed and asked my wife if she was interested in applying. In short due to her attitude we carried everything to our unit ourselves without the dolly. Her lack of professionalism in this event made us not want to deal with your business ever again. We were made to feel our business was a bother to her.

Updating my review for an even worse experience than initially thought. I’ve been there 4 times in under a week during office hours and the office has been locked and empty every single time. And they apparently have a roach problem. 😟

Connie was very informative, pleasant and helpful at the Quebec and Leetsdale location. Like the temperature controlled environment.

The units are very nice and well priced. However it's a 50-50 shot if anyone will actually be working at the place, even during their designated hours, so if you need assistance or a cart you might be out of luck, no matter when you go.

Krista and the rest of the team was amazing they took care of my needs with no problems was very nice and friendly the inside of building is very clean and neat.

You can tell Connie runs the show around here and she does it well! I missed my scheduled move in yesterday and she reached out to reschedule. I couldn’t even get other storage places to answer when I was calling! Addison helped me rent my unit, showed me where everything was and explained things well. I didn’t feel pressured or unsure about anything. I appreciate the security this building offers and feel very at peace with leaving my belongings here.

Really cannot begin to describe how wonderful this location is! We had a very last minute and slightly complicated move and everyone was BEYOND AMAZING ✨ They made sure we felt cared for, we’re very understanding and helped out way beyond what we expected. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Nicole is awesome. Called me the day before which made everything go smoothly on the day I showed up with a trailer. Easily the most pleasant storage unit checking process I have ever had.

At first when i moved into this location i thought it was awesome. Unfortunately it was short lived. Public storages are so shady. Most of their employees end up telling customers that their storage unit has been sold, then proceed to take what they want from their unit then tell the company it was abandoned. I truly don't believe they care about their customers at all. I have continuously had a major issue with the location i currently rent at and still no effort to correct it. It's a climate controlled location and my belongings are literally melting because they have it so hot.

I was very surprised with the friendly customer service I was met with at this store. Connie was so knowledgeable and made the process of moving so much easier. The unit was clean and so was the property.

This storage facility is nice and clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. The smell on the first floor is beyond offensive. I think the health department might need to get involved.

I store my things here I love this location. It's clean and the staff are always cleaning the parking lot or helping people. And great prices too!!

I've used several storage facilities in 4 states, this is one of the cleanest I've seen. The staff here are the best. Joe particularly is very helpful and goes above and beyond what he's required to do for you. Without his help I would've been in a bind during my move out the apt and into the storage. Thank you!
