I've been utilizing their facilities for 2+ years, and I have never had a negative experience. Cindy is amazing as well as the other ladies in the office who I unfortunately can not remember the names of. They have been so helpful, even when I have ran into unique circumstances. I appreciate everything they do!

This location isn't in the best area, but seems very secure. It's in a newer building and is monitored well. The manager lives on site which gives a feeling of security.

I have faithfully paid my bill here and to see the constant price hike on such a small storage place is heartbreaking. What a way to take advantage of people who are just trying to keep their personal belongings safe and not in limbo.
I'm a single parent and over $160 for a 5' × 15' is insane when I started out under $100 just a year ago.
Great facility! Very clean, spacious, good security, climate controlled; it surely gives the peace of mind that your stuff will remain in good condition in this facility. Sure, it is a little on the pricey side, but that's because it is such a safe and climate controlled facility; if you have stuff that you want to ensure stays in quality condition with no exposure to the elements, this place will do the job!

A decent facility overall. Relatively clean and secure. Unfortunately the front desk does not open his doors until 9:30 in the morning which seems rather late. Even bankers go to work earlier than that. Therefore you really can't get any sort of help earlier in the day.

What can I really say besides; I love indoor climate controlled storage. The price was fairly reasonable to rent a storage. The location is just where I needed it to be.
Management is very nice and friendly. They answered all my questions and accommodated me to my request. Now I must say I do remember when the fee would go up a lil bit once every 6 months. This time that didn’t happen. It had only been 2 months and the fee went up. So I was surprised by that.
Other than that I love the app so you can access everything from your phone too.
Ive had my storage unit here for a while. My light above my storage has been out for a entire year. They just raised the rent still not fixing the light problem. The worst part went in today to drop off Christmas stuff and saw baby cockroaches !!!! They have an infestation and are not notifying people so I am paying over 200 a month to possibly not even be able to keep my stuff. Roaches infect everything and by not telling their customers so many storage units can be infected my unit is on the bottom floor and saw the roaches by the first units. So if you have a unit on that floor I highly recommend that you get something in their to try to prevent these roaches from infecting everything ! I did notify office and they are aware and trying to spray and combat it but I still think we should be notified us as paying customers

Storage was robbed everything gone even my grandmothers ashes😭😭😭😭i pray they can find her. It's like loosing her all over again. My heart is beyond broken. I chose this place because of gates and cameras. I guess non of it matters. Staff was very kind though

They have no carts. I wanted to close my storage, but I can't move my items one by one. Now I have to pay another $225 for another another month. I literally drove 30 minutes to the storage to remove all of my stuff, and I couldn't because there were no carts.
I believe the gate to the facility should close at 11pm & not 9pm. This puts a strain on personnel who are rightly paying for access to a unit. While I can understand not having 24hr access, while it is preferred, closing at 9pm seems unrealistic.
Staff is great! They get 5 stars. This facility only has 1 dolly for its many, many customers. I was told that they've been stolen, but that was months ago. I couldn't even do anything the day I was there because someone with a truckload was using it forever. I don't blame them. It's not their fault there are no dollies.
Public Storage should really be ashamed of themselves. It's been like this for about 6 months.
I have a suggestion for you Public Storage Headquarters. Don't put your Storage centers in low income neighborhoods. Honestly, people steal everywhere. If Wal-Mart did what you all our doing because of theft, they'd be out of business.
Have the dollies checked out through customer service. It's simple! Stop taking our money, then giving horrible customer benefits.

Brenda was one of the most professional workers for public storage and the tangible eveidence is that I thought I was lock in a rate and public storage had increased it by 150 more. I left a message on why did it increases, without hesitation she understood what all consumers would ask how can I get my rate back, she immediately email corporate and filed a request and it was approved I am glad to know my rate went back to what it was originally at. Thank you for looking out for a soldier.
Mrs. April May was wonderful to work with—I'm very cautious with how I spend my money, and she understood this and related with me instead of trying to rush me or make me feel judged like representatives from other storage facilities did (I called a few to weigh my options). As a single soldier, saving money is important for any family/personal emergencies that may arise, and she never once made me feel like that was a problem. I was able to inspect my unit thoroughly, she was very knowledgeable with every question I asked (are there cameras covering the hallways, the security of the lock and that I can add more personal ones if I want, the fact that people can only go where they are meant to go with their codes so there's no "wandering"). I enjoyed her professionalism so much that I actually stayed a little bit just to continue conversation with her (there were no other customers in need of her wonderful services so nobody was ignored while this took place). I am extremely impressed/satisfied and will be recommending this place to anybody I happen to overhear needing a storage unit! Please give Mrs. April May a raise, she is an asset!!

I want to say how amazing the manager Stephanie is by far the best manager I've encountered of any facility I've ever been to she truly cares and her customer service is beyond any I've seen in awhile that's something alot of other facilities lack nowadays hard to find people like that she's truly an asset to your company. This place can get trashy it's an ok storage facility. I didn't like running over a broken liquor bottle and there was trash flying around. I moved out and was charged the next mo th because the lady didn't close out my unit on that day and I still haven't got my refund. Very unprofessional

I understand security but that face you have to put a cold in to make the elevator move after you put your code in to open the door after you put your coad in to open the gate is kinda annoying

I have been using Public Storage for over a year now. I just transferred from one unit at one location to a larger unit at a new location and it was seamless and easy. Charlotte at the Littleton location was amazing!!! I didn't even do anything! I called her to tell her I was moving out and she took care of everything!!! I wish I could give her 10 STARS!!!! Secure and clean. Price is okay, but I love the customer service!
I had my storage unit here for almost 2 years. Recently someone decided to drill into the lock public storage provided for us and steal my property. They have little no security inside the buildings or outside. And did nothing to assist us.

Great Service. We had several small issues when we were completing our online reservation and Stephanie took care of everything that came up. She was very knowledgeable and quickly helped us get everything competed. The way she took care of everything I thought she must be the manager but she said is not. She is a huge asset to the company and the renters. The unit we rented isn’t in perfect condition but the service and ease of access makes it remain a 5 star rating! You can even get the app on your phone to access your unit more quickly!

Had a wonderful experience with the friendly staff at this location when paying an invoice on a auctioned storage unit. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and got us into the auctioned unit in a very quick fashion. Deff recommend. Also the district manager was super friendly.

Its always clean, safe, secure and The staff is amazing at this location they have always gone above and beyond for me when i have needed them to... Stephanie goes far above and beyond the call of duty. Whenever there are obstacles this location will put in the legwork to make the process work for their customers. Not in a great part of town, but they take security very seriously.
The non-temperature controlled units have had no power for weeks and the lyft is down as usual. If they charge as much as they charge then why is there no power? Its ridiculous. The door keypad has power but not the building itself. How can you guarantee our stuff will be safe if there are no cameras to protect us from theft?

Didn’t receive good customer service by one of the staff. The first person Ms. Rose was really sweet and goes above and beyond and the other person Ms. Stephanie who eventually help me was nasty and rude. Ms.Rose was assisting me at the beginning but I had to step out of the of the office and she took a call and ask Stephanie to assist me and she refuse to then and walked away. She seem as if she didn’t want to be at work and was ready to go home. I did visit the office about 1 hour before closing. She didn’t want to take the time out to show me where my unit was at and I feel like it may have been because of my skin color because shortly after she help a person same color as her own and shows him around the center. I strive for great customer service each time.

^ Brenda made me feel pressured to write that review, literally telling me to go online and do it right then and there, watching me. Also got charged months after I canceled my account with. Storage unit sat empty for months but they continued to charge me. I'm currently fighting chronic illness so I didn't notice the charges until 2 months later.
The manager and employees are amazing, helpful and informative!! The facility is secure and clean!!
I needed a last minute storage, so I went down to the closest one to my home. It was 10 minutes until closing and kamlyn was very kind and sweet to help me. She did not show any frustration to me coming in and helping me out with my storage unit. She showed me the storage unit, answered my questions, along with sharing her experience with having a storage unit herself. Kamlyn filled me in on a lot of information. She was sweet, polite and took care of me even when it ran into closing time. I definitely appreciate the customer service and would recommend anyone to this location if they need to store anything. Definitely should go when Kamlyn is there, she will definitely personalize your experience. :)
Great experience!!! We originally tried to save literally $10 with another place and they (the other place) ended up screwing us over in the process of our move because they didn’t have e-signature capabilities and failed to mention that to us. We had to scramble to book another storage unit and Public storage made it so seamless! It was a moving mishap but we recovered only due to Public storages updated technology and great online booking capabilities. I’ve learned my lesson! Always using Public Storage!!!

After a bit of confusion getting my unit Kamlyn was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was very well taken care of. I feel like this place cons you by reeling you in with their great promotional offers and then screws you over a month later. We rented a large unit for $150 a month. By the 3rd month they increased our price to over $300!! How is this even legal!? How a company is ok with taking advantage of families that are already struggling or going through difficult situations is beyond me. I suggest you stay away from this company! I would go to SecurCare or only use Public if you will only be with them for a month or less.
When I initially leased my 10' storage container, I dealt with an individual named Robert, at that particular time I believe he was a supervisor. Try to force me to buy a dehumidifying device for $7. I refused it went to the Dollar Tree and got the same exact device for one dollar at that time.
My storage rent went from $44 to 86 without a notice or warning

The gates and doors(have to be within range) can be opened from the safety and warmth of your car, pretty badass. The front desk ladies are super chill, pretty badass. And it has lifts too help you get what you need where you need it, super badass, and there's Spanish speaking staff there aswell
Cindy and alba were great. There service was the best. Cindy upgraded my unit and Alba made the process very easy. Stephanie also made sure that I was taken care of when I came and had questions. This is the best storage spot in town.

There's no prorated move out... You just pay for the whole month. I found this rather primitive.
Over my 2 years of renting, the cleanliness of the place deteriorated significantly.
My price for a 5x10ft space crept up 23%.
The homeless moved in and would relieve themselves in the hallway because the restrooms are always locked.
Upon suspicious activity, the people who "live on site" never answered their on-call phones, rendering that perk useless.

UPDATE: this is the worst, most unfair storage in town. I've hade a storage (non-climate controlled) for 4 years and the price went from $85-$219 a month and you only receive an email for price raises. Meanwhile, new customers get the same size storage (climate controlled) for $140-$150 a month

Best storage units in town, organized clean but my favorite part is it feel safe and secure, they got cameras everywhere, and the manager very nice, if you go ask for Alba very nice lady and helpful, i am glad i made the right decision.
