Jennifer is great
This location, on multiple occasions, has prevented me from running my business in an appropriate and timely manner. I store materials here and am finding it to be a waste of my patience to use this location. I would advise management to step up or step out.
I was parked close to storage lockers that had been in a fire, and they were trying to clean up the mess, but I ended up picking up nails and screws out of the driveway for the fear of running over them and getting them in my tires
Jennifer is absolutely fabulous! Great to work with no issues whatsoever. I recommend her highly.

Dee was great she answered all my questions about when rent is due and pricing of the units even went over the specials went over moving and vacating the unit when I was done with the storage unit I would highly recommend this place the customer service was so awesome!

S Parker Rd Location: They do not ever answer the phone, you can only chat with them. Not convenient when driving. Wanted to buy a bunch of boxes but wanted to be sure they have them before wasting a trip. No way to get an answer. U Haul here I come!
I would rather do business at Smokey Hill. They actually have real people working there. If they’re not there they will call you back. However, they’re out of what I need

Jennifer was very helpful and informational when getting me checked into my storage room. Then why a 3 you ask? My storage area had a a lot of stuff from a neighbor locker blocking the hallway to my locker and it smells like pee. I personally am not not stressing about it but hopefully it’s cleaned up by the end of the week then I’ll do another review . I feel I have to be honest and it’s important that I am because for those who are particular they wouldn’t want that. The things I’m moving into my room isn’t of ultimate value to me . I hope that I wasn’t given this particular locker because of the value the lady MISTAKENLY placed upon me ..She was nice so I really can’t tell. Be smart ask questions ladies and gents. some people won’t be honest and tell you what you need to know so they can get a quick buck out of you.

I had rented a 10 x 10 unit and when I went to put my stuff, I realized that I needed more space. So, at the Smoky Hill location Mark found me a 10 x 20 at another Public Storage close by.
So, I went to the 5212 S Parker Rd location and worked with Jennifer and Debbie and got everything together and my problem was solved.
