Immaculate facility and the gentleman who
runs things is very friendly and helpful. The 2 stars is due to the fact that for months now I have paid rent for a unit without a functioning light next to it. I deserve a discount if I’m continually putting up with a unit in a dark corner. I’ll now consider moving to other storage options in the area. I’ve told the attendant many times about the light out but it appears that others in charge at PS are choosing to not prioritize what I imagine should be a relatively quick and straightforward repair. Multiple months of asking for it is unacceptable.
I used an outdoor storage space for 17 months and was so thankful I chose public storage. The facility is secure, clean and the employees are friendly. I never had a problem accessing my unit and every time I needed help or had questions the employees were friendly. Thank you Tim! Im happy to be reunited with my stuff and bummed I wont see you anymore. I would absolutely recommend Brighton Public storage!

I’ve had to use this Public Storage a couple of times through the years and Tim has always gone above and beyond to make things easy and fast.
This was my first time renting a storage unit. The online setup was super easy and once I arrived at the location, Tim was amazing at getting me oriented and answering all my questions. I had the unit for almost 2 years. When I vacated, the process was equally smooth and Tim also helped make everything quick and painless!
Manager's never there are the worker so the store is usually closed. I needed to have them open up. The storage unit and ended up waiting For several hours.
And they pick and choose who they want to allow to be in their units for how long they want them to be in there. And if they don't like the fact that you're there too long, they will put you on probation and to continue to pay before rates, and then they have raised the rates after only 3 months when it was never told that that would happen. I also met a lady that was waiting there to get her unit for the first day that she had paid for online and somebody was supposed to be there.She finally just canceled horrible place. I would not recommend this place to anybody

Tim is great! The security is absolutely amazing! 1000% worth the upgrade from my other storage unit! I will say you lose service when you get in the unit. We recently searched online for a local storage that was secure and climate controlled. After looking online, we accidentally reserved two sites without realizing and Tim quickly realized what was going on. He called me within a few minutes and mentioned he’d be working on the day of our move-in and would work it out with us once we were on site. Tim had the best customer service and was on the ball with every question we had and showed us both sites so we were sure to select the right size storage for what we needed. He gave us a detailed tour and made sure we had every question answered before we left the office. We moved our entire household from Louisiana into storage. Having not seen the facility prior to the move, I was very pleased. The grounds were spotless, access was very easy and the manager on site was extremely helpful! I would highly recommend this facility!
Clean facility, and attentive and helpful onsite manager. Be aware, your rates will go up significantly (over 30%) within 6 months of moving in. I was able to get a 3 month reprieve, but I expect my unit to go up from $227 to over $300 shortly, and then higher after that. Something to consider.
This public storage is hands down the best facility in the area. Tim runs a tight ship and takes great pride in his work. Tim’s pride in the facility really shows with how cleanly the whole property is and his amazing his customer service is. If I ever need storage again this will be the place to go. If I could rate more than 5 stars I absolutely would.
This place is amazing. We are actually new with them. Coming from a different storage unit that we were unhappy with, because they kept raising the prices. But just our first brief experience here, my husband forgot to put the lock on the storage shed and within an hour. They called us to let us know that we did not have a lock on it. Then later on we went back again and I sat in the car to wait, and After a bit the owner (or employee) that was there, approached the car to make sure I was okay and that I was actually with the rest of our group. So I guess overall the security there is very, very much appreciated....Very impressed 😀
My wife and I recently visited. The place was incredibly clean, they had a lot of different options here and Tim in the front office was nice, welcoming, and answered all of our questions. If we do get a space the service alone is bringing us back here.

Public storage should be very proud of these 2 guys they represent and give public public storage a good name. Glad to see there are companies who believe in having real people, perform real jobs for real people. It's the way it should be.
I will always pay more money and give my business to places I can physically see interact and engage with in person. However, with public storage you dont even have to pay more for that quality. It comes standard.

I feel bad now cause I cannot remember the gentlemans name. He was so nice and friendly. I forgot how to read and he didn't even bat an eye toward it walked me to my unit and made sure I had all the information. Not to mention this place is super clean amd had dollies to get my stuff to the unit. The best storage place.

We made a reservation and got a call the very next day and Tim kindly introduced himself and offered us to go take a tour! I’ve heard horror stories about a different storage company and Tim reassured us that we will not experience anything that I was worried about (mice/ cockroaches ). I had to rent a space on bit of short notice, I chose this Public Storage because it’s close to home. I met with Tim the representative working that day and he was nothing short of fantastic. He explained every detail, offered great advice on which size storage unit would fit my needs. He was friendly and informative. The storage area is clean, well lit, and has easy access. I’ve had to use other storage places in the past and some had outrageously high fees, were dirty, or not very secure. I would definitely recommend this facility and Tim for being so helpful.

Rented before Tim he is the best! He made everything clear, and easy. He is awsome, and he smells good .I want to add its always clean here, Tim picks up trash that gets blown in by the wind, I have seen him sweeping the halls, because people leave trash in the halls. I do recommend this public storage to anyone needing storage.

I'm actually at this facility quite often, not only do I purchase through the auctions, I've also gotten some storages of my own here.
My daughter and I have been doing the auctions for about a year now, we deal with a lot of different storage sites.

Edit:9/26/23 we have a ground level storage unit, and the past 3 times we have went to drop off stuff our storage unit has been blocked by a vehicle, making it inaccessible to access our unit.
My account is fully paid in full for what is understood to be full access until 9 pm 7 days a week. At 730 pm, here I am at my unit with the proper code to get in and for no reason I get a message to see manager which prevents me from putting a whole truck load of furniture in my unit! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND COMPLETELY WRONG! I AM NOW FACED WITH A HUGE PROBLEM AND THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO ABOUT IT AND I AM SO 😡!!! THIS STORAGE PLACE IS FOR THE BIRDS AND MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff
Our unit was broken into over a major US holiday and the break-in wasn't detected for several days. A large grandfather clock was taken among many other irreplaceable items. You would think that someone leaving with a large clock would show up on one of the security cameras, but no investigation was ever conducted by the storage company or the police. Here's some advice for anyone using a storage unit: Never put anything of value in a storage unit. Insurance will typically not cover any single item over $500 in a public storage unit. Make sure you have a detailed inventory of all items in your unit and take photos as well for your records. An additional lock on the door will not protect the items inside. Our entire locking mechanism was cut off, so the extra lock we installed simply told the thieves that there was something valuable inside. On top of all of that, it is very easy to look over the top of one storage unit into the neighboring units, so don't leave anything out in plain view. Store things here at your own risk.

Public Storage took over summer of 2022. It just seemed like one botched payment issue after another. The price has skyrocketed. Finally was able to resolve issues.
Tim has always been great at doing everything he could. He’s friendly & knowledgable. Hopefully the price won’t keep going up as it is nearly $120 more a month vs. what the price was when I started with CubeSmart. I realize, however, that everything has gone up in price!
I do appreciate the help & time Tim & the other gal that works here have taken to help me get things squared away. I understand that switching things over always has quirks to work out tho! Overall, it is a convenient & good place!

Friendly and fast service. I ordered the unit over the phone and he put the lock in side for me. All I had to do was fill it up. When I was done with unit he made it an easy move out. Highly recommend storing here.

This facility is nice, clean n’ secure. I am so thankful for Tim. I had some difficulty navigating the terms of my contract via mobile phone. I called, spoke w/Tim who took the time to explain things to me, and went over everything again the day I moved in my items. He walked me thru the building to the storage unit, made sure I knew how to properly open/close/lock the door, showed me how to access the property thru the gate, and above all was just helpful n’ patient. I did read some not so nice reviews regarding pricing and terms of payment. I don’t agree. The terms are clearly stated…. You should read the contract before signing. If you don’t understand, ask. Payment is due on the first of the month. It’s like renting an apartment. I received the 50% discount, and month following is prorated up until my move-in date… if I need the unit till the end of the month it is full price. As for the pricing, yes, you get what you pay for. I don’t have to think twice about gated access that requires a specific passcode assigned to you, nor do I mind the security cameras around the property. Moving is a stressful ordeal. This is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Now I have a trusted storage facility in my book for future use if necessary. Thank you Tim, and the folks at Public Storage.
Tim took good care of us when faced with some unexpected changes all while keeping us in our same unit.
The fact that they vacate you when you’ve cleaned it but not quite done with it because you’re getting a different lock. And if they’re going to vacate you, they should prorate the bill. Not priority in the bill and making it so hard to get to anyone it was so much better when it was owned by CubeSmart. Public Storage does not know how to run their people or their facilities. I have never had a harder time dealing with any other company than the several times I’ve had to deal with Public Storage. It has been twice now that they have bought out the company that I was working just fine with and had no issues with and made it a nightmare.
Tim was very pleasant, knowledgeable and shared lots of helpful information. He cares about the safety of his customers. Will definitely recommend the Brighton location. Thank you Tim.
Very nice and convenient storage units. Easy to get into place, easy to get out. Staff is always professional and friendly. The one problem I had, they were quick to solve and fix it. If you need storage, I would recommend this place.
Overall a nice place. Very happy with my unit. The entrance kind of sucks to get in and out of sometimes if it's crowded and there are lots of spiders in my outdoor unit being right next to that field. I wouldn't mind seeing the access hours expanded too.
Had a very pleasant experience. The whole process was made easy by property manager Tim. Always helpful. We will definitely use this facility again because of Tim's great service and attentiveness!!

Moved my stuff out and nobody was there to take keys.. I left the unit unlocked. They never have any garbage cans and always puke on floor or something disgusting to step on. I sent a I will be evacuating with no response nobody there. They disturbed me on vacation today and told me they wanted $40. Overall it's just pathetic. Going to file a complaint later on bbb because they are just greedy and annoying. Was going to use another public storage but screw it I'll just tell corporate about my experience first. They don't need to be greedy about my money it's an unlocked storage space with hundreds of units in facility.. they'll survive without my payment. Overall I just feel like they are pathetic and am laughing at how serious the person was on phone to collect the $40. No one cares.
Just cleaned out my unit after renting for over a year, overall I am very happy with my experience.
Who in Earth closes at 9pm, even when everything is automated, under surveillance, and gate-protected? I'll never understand why storage facilities don't realize that people moving sometimes stay up later than 9pm, especially on weekends. Not this location's fault, I guess, but the whole Public Storage brand needs to adapt to more realistic opening and closing times. Maybe this is some of the change that previous comments were talking about with Cube Smart being bought.
Clean place. Had a miscommunication with my order online. Tim in the office was able to help figure it out and get the correct storage unit size needed. They also have carts available for use.

Have been here for months under cube smart, my unit flooded during the gray area of public storages take over and now I'm screwed by both because I wasn't technically a lease holder with public storage and cubesmart was no longer the owner... RUN! Disorganized disaster of a take over... not to mention they charged fees, since our auto pays didn't transfer.
The front desk people Debbi and Tim were super nice and helpful. You can tell they know what they’re doing and will help you with any questions you have.
It was very good in the beginning, especially when the property manager was Donna. But since Public Storage took over Cube Smart, everything went downhill from there. I reserved a unit online and was asked to come in to sign the lease because their system was down. I came in, wasn't able to sign the lease because the system was still down. Thursday and Friday that I was there, couldn't sign the lease and I was not given the keys, that's fine. I was asked to come back on Saturday, and I did, but first I called and left a message (3 times), no call back. I drove to the location, no one was there, office was closed, never got a call back. In the parking lot, there were other customers who drove all the way from Fort Collins and from other towns because they were told to come and pay in person, but no one was there to help them either. So we were there with our rental truck filled with stuff but we were not able to move in. No call back from the management, nothing.
Had a reservation no one was told that cube smart was being bought out due to investors jumping ship. Planned our entire move around this just to show up with uhaul and have way higher prices. Storage should never be this expensive. Very disappointed you screwed us. Thanks have a nice day.

This location is clean and well-managed. The property manager takes very good care of the interior and exterior, and keeps track of the people coming and going. Something I truly appreciate with my personal property stored there.

I hate this place and would not recommend it to anyone
