Mark is my hero! We moved yesterday and had to stop by our storage unit for the movers to pickup some things. Mark has been nothing but helpful throughout my time being a customer here at Public Storage. I wont store my belongings nowhere else. I have the peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe and well kept!
Facilities are fine — clean, locked down, temp controlled. The issue is that the price goes up unexpectedly. My intro rate wasn’t honored for a full year - it was increased a few months after I moved my stuff in (by about $25/mo) and it’s going up again next month (by another $20/mo). Don’t be fooled by the intro rate. Consider yourself warned.

One of the cleanest storage facilities I've ever delt with. The app is nice touch. After being there for less then a year they wanted to raise price by 50 which put them back into the price range of other locations. When I asked about this wasn't really given a reason though the operator said it seems PS is about turn over of units instead of long term storage. Still one of the cleanest.
Mark and Chase really looked out for me*…Hooked me up with the best rate possible (way lower than originally expected based on the reservation). Then when I was in need for an additional unit they were extremely accommodating again* by allowing the best rate and transferring an existing reservation to a unit that was directly next to my existing unit!* This allowed for everything I needed to be extra easy and convenient* Couldn’t ask for better service. These guys really made the whole booking and moving experience simple worthwhile. Thank You All at Public Storage Aurora (Smokey Hill).
We have had items at this Public Storage for about one year. A good location in Aurora for easy access. Mark has been really helpful and professional when office questions, price concerns and othet issues have come up for us. Thanks for all the help Mark. Would definitely use again if we have storage needs in the future.
Employees are really nice but they never have carts and the app to access property never works. It's frustrating to have to put your code in every time you enter the door or the elevator. Very time consuming and not smooth sailing!

I have been with Public Storage on Smoky Hill for four years now since I moved from Arizona they've always been very helpful but recently about three or four weeks ago when we had the big snow that was real wet. They had a roof problem and it flooded my storage they called me immediately. They have been incredible, they helped me remove some stuff that was damaged, I just can't say enough about Mark the manager about KeVaugh, Michael & Chase all four of them went over and above and always had a smile every time I came in for help, a few times I was emotional.. they treated me with respect and kindness. When your having to go through everything and move stuff and throw away things that got wet.. having them be so nice just made it better for me. Since Covid customer service is so rare and hard to fine but this particular facility has it together! . I just can't say enough about that the whole Storage facility!! Thank you all!

I reserved online and unfortunately when I arrived the one I needed had been rented out so needless to say I was a little bothered by that but in with any business first come first served right. Well after trying to find other locations with my needs one of the employees here “Mark” started to provide me with options that I could work with and ensured I got the best discounts when I decided to rent from here. I have to say if it was for Mark I probably would have spent more money somewhere else or had to find some where else further away. I would definitely talk to Mark if you need a storage unit here as they keep them very clean and good security and accessibility with the app itself. Good place to store your items!

The facility is nice and clean, but most of all I appreciate the friendly, professional, accommodating store manager Mark, who helped me to snag the last unit in the whole town that meets my family's needs. He helped me from afar while I was living out of state, and he went out of his way to ensure that I was able to secure a climate controlled, indoor, first floor unit, that was large enough for all of our things. Great location and staff. I have been renting storage space here for 2 years now and the experience has been great. It is easy to get in and out with the remote opening of the gate thru the app, really convenient for when it’s cold outside and you don’t want to open your window for not even a second. A big shout out to the manager Mike for always being super helpful and keeping customers happy were they would want to continue doing business with Public Storage.

Had the wrong sized unit reserved n called to check to see if we could cancel and get the size we need, they said I had to come by the office and fix it and not over the phone. But that’s okay after the reasonings being why. Anyways it was fast easy and Christopher and Micheal were very friendly and understanding! They definitely deserve this shoutout! Y’all rock! They made my n my family’s day a whole much better and easier for us! Thank you guys for being there and helping when I had a massive situation and we’re able to help resolve the problem for us! I’m writing this review today solely to acknowledge how amazing of an employee Mark was. Today i had to go to my deceased fathers self storage to pick up valuables & clear out his space. Mark was nothing but helpful, kind, & sympathetic - he made everything ridiculously easy & gave such a huge helping hand. This man is awesome & you guys are lucky to have him at one of your stores!!

Ten stars to Scott! He went above and beyond in helping me get my new storage unit yesterday. He answered all of my questions about the rates, billing and the insurance and then helped me select the size and location within the facility that would be best for my needs. I was having difficulty setting up the account and securing the unit online. He was patient and walked me through the whole process. I recommend you work with Scott. He’s very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! The facility is nice too. It’s clean, secure and easy to access the units.
Reanne was THE BEST. Long story short, I messed up and forgot the date that my unit was renewing for the next month. I emptied it out a day late but after explaining everything to Reanne, she went into hero mode and got me cleared out and with a zero balance. Definitely made the difference for me. YOURE THE BEST.
It may seem strange to gush over a storage facility, but the staff here was excellent upon move-in, as well as my move-out 2 years later. The facility is clean and secure; access is easy and safe; payment is easy; I had paid an extra month just prior to moving out, which was refunded to me with no issues. I sold my house in March 2020 and needed a unit. The gentlemen who helped me rent a unit was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially given the unusual circumstances with the pandemic at the time. A staff member named Reanne and her coworker were also particularly helpful when I moved out. I no longer live in the area, but I just want to extend a thank you for making my move from Denver much less stressful.
Reanne helped tremendously with my hopes and dreams, remotely and all!
