I have gotten outstanding, first-class customer service from Addison at the Public Storage location on Hanover Way in Aurora, Colorado. I highly recommend this facility, based mainly on my extremely positive experience dealing with Addison.
This is my first time using a self-storage facility, and when I looked into my options online, I found there were numerous protocols and details that needed to be understood and followed. It was a little intimidating.
Addison explained everything to me very clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got my unit set up properly, with an appropriate lock, instructions on access, and other details. It would have been easy for an employee to hand me some instructions nd show me the app, but Addison took his job of customer satisfaction seriously–it made my rental and set up of the unit a smooth and seamless transaction.
Addison is also just a great guy and a pleasure to deal with. He is an excellent representative of Public Storage as a corporation, and I'm grateful for all his help!

I was afraid of showing up late to pick up the lock (this is my first time getting a storage and didn’t know it would be in unit) and left a message for the office to call me back. Addison called back promptly with instructions and how to’s, even kept an eye out for me the next day so he could properly introduce himself!
The space was immaculately clean, adding even more comfort and confidence in my choice to go with public storage.
For reference, the 5x10 fits two columns of seven rows of large size boxes, and you can stack three high with light stuff on top and room to slide things down the middle like tables or mirrors or headboards. Overall, pretty decent size space for $60 a month.

For some reason my access code stopped working. I called the number on the card and the I was called right back by Addison. He was great and offered to meet me to reset the system. It took me a few weeks to get out there again and when I called again, Addison responded back very quickly and we set a time at opening the next day. Even though I was 45 min late, Addison was there and we reset the code and now I have access. I feel better about leaving my stuff at this Public Storage knowing that Addison is the manager.

I don't currently store here, I was planning on storing here and didn't need to any more however I spoke to Addison to get information and he was great at explaining the property and the price break down and even showed me a unit space, which was very clean and he was great overall. My circumstances has changed and don't need the storage space anymore but if I ever do I know I will store here because of Addison great service and how clean the space was.

Recently, there was a fire caused by tenants that are/were living in the unit. Let's of damaged security measures. Virtually no management. Trash EVERYWHERE. NO MATTER THE STORAGE FEE....ITS NOT WORTH IT! DRUGS. ALCOHOL, and DISGUSTING THINGS APPARENT EVERYWHERE

After 3 days of driving around Denver with a trailer on the back of her Jeep, we finally decided to unload the trailer at a storage unit. Most were closed, if we saw Jenapher outside picking up trash and she was ready to help! Less than 10-min later, we were unloading the trailer and back on the road!
