If I could give negative stars I would. The security here is very lax and the management does not care about your business or personal items. I had something happen to my unit and there was no documentation from any manager and when I called Mike the manager answered and was extremely rude and not helpful for this extremely frustrating situation. The fact that all my stuff might be stolen and I received no communication is out landish plus paying 250 a month for a 10x10 is absolutely ridiculous. I will warn everyone to never use this location!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this public storage in particular. They're well kept ,there very secure, q Clean my unit anyway. Has never been broken into and I feel for the most part my stuff is safe and honestly the lady that works at the front desk most of the time Chantel has been nothing but helpful and gone above and beyond to make sure my experience has been above satisfactory. I don't know if her higher ups know this, but if they don't she definitely deserves to be noticed. She really goes above and beyond and I hope that they recognize this.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Public Storage location! Every staff member has been kind and helpful whenever I had an issue. Moving units was a breeze! The manager Hanne is very kind and knows me by name! I locked myself out of my unit and Hanne made time to help and gave me advice on how to get it open!

New comer to the property Rita has been a positive addition. She is approachable and listens to your issues with anything pertaining to the property. She is awesome to just chat with as well. Welcome Rita!! Rock the house Miss Lady -

I have dealt with Stephanie and Dylan at this location multiple times since moving here and they are PHENOMENAL at what they do!! Dylan was able to help me with my rent increase and I couldn’t be happier!

Stephanie was kind and professional. The property is clean and secure.

Dylan is the property manager here and he was a pleasure to meet! He helped show us 7 or 8 different units and was knowledgeable of all pricing and dimensions. Great location and clean units!!!!

This was a great location! Dylan was our service representative who was friendly, professional, and took the time to answers questions to help us meet our needs for the right storage unit. This unit facility was clean and we made to decision to rent a unit!

This location has great employees. Its a shame there went away from 24 hour access. Almost impossible to find anymore. But when you work at night sometimes you need access to different tools then you expected.

Regina, lead manager, and Lemlem, assistant manager, made it easy to move into a smaller locket. My friend and I were in and out half an hour earlier than I planned, thanks to their help, plus I'm saving a lot of money.

This storage property is hands down the best in Aurora. The property grounds are well clean and maintained, 24 hr access is a plus. Lynn is amazing he's always polite and available if I have questions or concerns.

I went today and saw that they had nothing for the ice or snow. I recommend that you don't rent their. Also, their a lot of people that said that they have gotten stolen from

My family members went there to make a payment, and on his way out the car, he fell on ice, and one of the people working their saw. But she said that they weren't responsible for him falling. They also don't pay anyone to clean or put salt or anything to melt the ice.

Stephanie is the example of excellent customer service. She was walking the storage units and notice our latch was not engaged correctly. She called to notify us immediately. We were able to discuss the best way to secure the unit quickly and Stephanie was instrumental in helping us accomplish this task. We are so impressed with the service and responsiveness. Had considered looking around for other storage options since storage it costly but this will deter us from doing so. Thank you so much for your help!

This place canceled my unit without so much of a call or email because of their faulty and outdated office equipment and I was told that they refunded my money and it should be credited to my bank in 10 to 18 days. I have never heard of a time frame like that. My suggestion is if you need a self storage unit do not go to this one!!

I am a long time renter who is now moving out for three reasons. First someone broke into my unit and stole items. The manager was helpful, calling the police. Then when they reviewed the security camera footage the police pointed out that the security cameras do not point at the units. So you cannot see someone breaking into a unit and stealing your items. Why have a security camera system and call yourself "Security Self-Storage"? Second the doors on the units are old and need to be replaced. The manager informed us that the company was planning to replace them and then the parent company cancelled the project. The door on my unit sticks to the point that I have to muscle it closed. My wife cannot close it. It definitely needs to be replaced. The third and final straw though is that my rent has increased 50.8% in two years. These are the dates and the rental costs per month for a 10x10 unit. September 2020: $126 November 2020: $131 October 2021: $162 September 2022: $190 They advertise an "internet special" for this unit size for $158 / month... Apparently the parent company has decided that annual increases are now an acceptable form of customer retention?!?

Reader, allow me to paint the scene because i honestly dont know what happened. I'm a pretty understanding person and english is not my first language. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. There is a 1 person in office rule so my friend and I waited outside in the hot 95° sun while another person was in there. Its a small office so it made sense. We were in the office less than 2 minutes. Had submitted a lease online, and the light skin black man (did not catch his name and you will see why) was ready for me which was nice. He explained that he had to cancel it because he has to call and confirm I have insurance, he said this 3 TIMES. I had douwnloaded my home owners insurance to show as proof to waive the insrance requirement. I asked why he would charge me the extra $12 before confirming I had insurance. He could confirm and then i could sign. Reader, this is my first time using a storage unit, I have no idea how this goes (Shameless plug to Holly @ Public storage at Abilene and Jewell who explained this patiently and clearly when i asked her the same exact question 10 mins later. External storage coverage is what Holly explained most people need as coverage). He said 80% of the time they don't have insurance. Immediately followed up with "do you think this is going to be a good fit because I feel like not renting to you and we have that option," his eyes swayed to what I assumed was a sign. I'm not sure what I did. It could have been a misunderstanding but asking questions about MY money shouldn't have ruffled his feathers like that. I'll be emailing the management because no one should be talked to like that when they simply don't understand. Worst customer service award goes to this gentleman. His immediate reaction to dismiss me as a customer makes me feel as if they bank on the $12 insurance as a scam.

Very clean storage property. The 24/7 access is great or people like myself whose life moves at an alternative schedule. The manager Lynn was great help with finding the perfect storage solution for my storage needs.

If you are looking for a storage unit, this is the place! I am beyond happy with their outstanding service. I have had a unit there for 5 months and love how accessible it is-all day access. The area is kept clean, the employees are hospitable and keep the lot under surveillance. Shout out to Lynn and Stephanie for their great customer service! They made the contract and viewing process run smoothly. Especially recently when I moved out of state and had to downsize my unit. I explained to them my situation and let them know my father would be downsizing for me. They reassured me they would take care of him and they did. Thank you all for making this all less stressful and making me feel at ease.

I didn't go as far as getting the tour on the units like I has scheduled. I sat in the parking lot just checking things out. Idk who the guy was that came out of the office weather he worked there or not. He told me it was private property I can't just sit there. I thought it was kinda rude because I wasn't causing any trouble sitting in the car alone. I told him I has an appointment to see units that I was going inside in a minute. Well he left and I went ahead and left too. I just didn't have a good feeling with all that I observed. It's probably just me and my over thinking self. The place looked to be a good one to rent. Cheapest in the area too. It just wast for me. 3-5-22 I an great full that the owner called me and was extra nice. I would recommend this place.

I had a unit for close to 14 years and it was near the gate, but it was always safe and I never had any issues with the unit. The prices are reasonable compared with other places. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and professional. The current manager Lynn was very helpful and accommodating with my move out recently. He keeps the property in check. Maintenance crews are friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a place to store stuff.
