Booked a 10x20 unit at this place and the worker there was amazing. She was very helpful with the delivery truck since he was in a semi and wasn't sure if he could fit.

The actual worst place to rent from. I cannot get a hold of anyone here EVER. save your money and rent somewhere else. I’ve had my unit for over a year and a half and have YET to reach anyone. I get charged for a unit I no longer have as well as charged for a new Lock EVERYTIME even though I already have one. Oh not to mention nobody is ever in the office. This place sucks

Great staff at this place, especially Debbi. She was very patient and answered all my questions. This is the first storage unit I’ve ever used and she helped me out even coming out to the keypad to help me put my code in. Public storage has a very satisfied customer.

Debbie was wonderful and the storage unit was perfect for what I needed.
Infested with mice. There is no interest in resolving the problem aside from giving you mouse poison packages. A lot of my belongings were ruined and there were mouse droppings everywhere and I had to clean them up myself. Find a climate controlled space. The extra money will be worth it. BUT the office staff is very helpful and very nice. There isn't anything they can't actually do about it themselves. It is a corporate decision to ignore the problem.
