Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5947 W 58th Ave, Arvada, CO

I went into public storage today to check out different size units to see what would work. Terri was very informative about the sizes and prices. She was also very friendly. Definitely will use this facility when I am ready ! Thank you for you patience with me today Terri!

I’ve been at this storage for about 3 months or so and my rates haven’t changed thank god because I’m having a really hard time financially. Also it’s always clean due to the women that work there. Pam is such a nice woman and every time I go she is roaming around making sure it’s clean and there are not people there that aren’t supposed to be. She picks up trash, cigarette butts etc. thanks Pam you’re a great employee!!

Get a top floor unit, then not have access to any of the orange rolling carts advertised in their picture because they only have 4 for the whole building, and 2 are missing and 2 are being used. So be prepared to carry all your boxes one by one to the elevator, then to your U-Haul. Just get a bottom floor storage where you can drive up to it, it’s better then not being able to grab your stuff because there’s no way I’m physically carrying a heavy box one by one when there’s 30 boxes in my storage. Lesson learned. Do not get a top floor unit at this place it is the most inconvenient storage.

I called yesterday to get information on renting a storage unit and I spoke to Pam. She was very nice, helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. When I decide to rent the storage space I will be renting from this location because of her customer service!

I highly recommend working with Pam she has the best customer service! I recently moved and needed a small unit to store my furniture. I chose this Public Storage on the basis of its proximity to Denver, accessibility and affordable price point. I had fallen behind on my rent due to unforeseen circumstances and I received the last notification that the contents of my unit were up for auction in a matter of days. I immediately called Public Storage. Pam calmed me down and helped me find out the exact date my stuff was scheduled to be sold. Pam even followed up with second call, to let me know that Public storage received my payment and that I’ll need to buy a new lock for my unit. I’ve worked in various customer service capacities over the years and Pam’s attention to detail, follow through and warm demeanor through is a prime example of excellent customer service. She is a keeper! Thank you Pam for helping me avoid potential crisis!

The staff at my new unit were very helpful especially Pam. I had some unforeseen issues that came up and they are very proactive in solving them. Also you need to get the bathrooms fixed in the office so that the office doesn't smell like raw sewage and staff and customers don't have to go to the gas station to use the facilities.

I am a Denver native and have rented many different storage units throughout the years. This site stands out for sure. Friendly staff, clean and secure property. This site has been the most helpful and informative storage facility that i have ever rented from. The prices are great and Lisa was the best!! I will be recommending you to all of my family friends!!! Thank you for all your help!!

I’ve only had this storage unit not rented for even a full month. I get a call from the storage place saying to call them back because it’s urgent. So I call them back and get no answer. Later that day 2 policemen show up at my door stating my storage unit got broken into and robbed of all my belongings (Thank God I had insurance) I got told by an employee that there would always be someone there during operating hours( hence to why I chose them) yet they never once answered their phone or had someone at the front desk when I needed assistance. I would NOT recommend this location if you truly need a safe place to store your things.

HORRENDOUS customer service. Every man I’ve spoken to in this office has treated me like a feebleminded child. The last customer service man, who REFUSED to say his name and hung up on me instead of saying his name, was trying to tell me how to pay rent online AFTER I told him that I already paid the rent online. He said that I needed some “education on the industry” because apparently he thinks I’m too naive to have never had a storage unit before, he tried to explain how storage units work even AFTER I told him that I’ve had a unit for 10 years before. Additionally, he said to me “instead of blaming everyone else, why don’t you check your email” this was AFTER I told him that I did not get notifications from Public Storage. I told him that he was being very patronizing to me and he kept getting defensive. He wasn’t listening to me yet he said “I listened to you, now you have to listen to me” this man needs to go back to customer service 101 because his manner was so RUDE and I will be terminating my unit here because of this man.

No company is perfect. I think what’s most important is they have great customer service when they make errors. We had a bit of a rocky start, but after talking to the manager, they cleared them up quickly, and I am really impressed with the customer service. I would recommend this particular public storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Clean and safe with elevators for 2nd and 3rd floors..very friendly staff and professional NICE PLACE I moved out earlier than expected and I was wondering if I can get a little refund since I never used the unit. Still have not heard back from anybody yet..

Renting the space is very easy and they automate everything which I appreciate. They do raise rent prices pretty significantly after you've been there for a few months which is frustrating! I called in asking them to lower my rate and they said they couldn't but once I scheduled my move out they called me with a lower rate. At that point I had already found another storage unit (bigger & cheaper) with Public Storage, so I literally had to move all of my stuff out into the new one - seems silly since it's the same company.

Alex was very helpful. I wasn't able to figure out how to set it up online. He helped explain everything to me as well as showing me my unit.

My husband and I had booked a unit at another Public Storage location, but found a much better rate at this location. When we arrived hoping to switch here, Alex at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was able to lock us in at his location with the much cheaper rate, showed us our unit right afterward, and took care of everything else on the back end that we needed. He was awesome and super knowledgeble. Thanks Alex!!

Another soulless big box location or what they call a "REALESTATE ENTITY TRUST. The business models is to move you in on something too low to pass up, then you will be paying the "web rate" you saw online. 2-3 months later they will move you to the "standard" rate. After that expect rental increase every few months, especially if you are in a high demand unit.
