HORRENDOUS customer service. Every man I’ve spoken to in this office has treated me like a feebleminded child. The last customer service man, who REFUSED to say his name and hung up on me instead of saying his name, was trying to tell me how to pay rent online AFTER I told him that I already paid the rent online. He said that I needed some “education on the industry” because apparently he thinks I’m too naive to have never had a storage unit before, he tried to explain how storage units work even AFTER I told him that I’ve had a unit for 10 years before. Additionally, he said to me “instead of blaming everyone else, why don’t you check your email” this was AFTER I told him that I did not get notifications from Public Storage. I told him that he was being very patronizing to me and he kept getting defensive. He wasn’t listening to me yet he said “I listened to you, now you have to listen to me” this man needs to go back to customer service 101 because his manner was so RUDE and I will be terminating my unit here because of this man.
Dario and Alex are the best they deserve a raise. Very good customer service and easy process.

No company is perfect. I think what’s most important is they have great customer service when they make errors. We had a bit of a rocky start, but after talking to the manager, they cleared them up quickly, and I am really impressed with the customer service. I would recommend this particular public storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Great place to keep our extra stuff. Julie was fantastic and notified me immediately when there was an issue with our billing. Definitely recommend!
Renting the space is very easy and they automate everything which I appreciate. They do raise rent prices pretty significantly after you've been there for a few months which is frustrating! I called in asking them to lower my rate and they said they couldn't but once I scheduled my move out they called me with a lower rate. At that point I had already found another storage unit (bigger & cheaper) with Public Storage, so I literally had to move all of my stuff out into the new one - seems silly since it's the same company.

Alex was very helpful. I wasn't able to figure out how to set it up online. He helped explain everything to me as well as showing me my unit.
My husband and I had booked a unit at another Public Storage location, but found a much better rate at this location. When we arrived hoping to switch here, Alex at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was able to lock us in at his location with the much cheaper rate, showed us our unit right afterward, and took care of everything else on the back end that we needed. He was awesome and super knowledgeble. Thanks Alex!!
Alex really shouldn’t be working here, his skills are beyond that of anyone I’ve ever encountered at any storage facility. Friendly, caring, and honestly went above and beyond for me, I’m genuinely impressed and super happy with his level of care.

Another soulless big box location or what they call a "REALESTATE ENTITY TRUST. The business models is to move you in on something too low to pass up, then you will be paying the "web rate" you saw online. 2-3 months later they will move you to the "standard" rate. After that expect rental increase every few months, especially if you are in a high demand unit.
