No one ever ask the phone! That’s most exhausted one hour waiting on the phone. I went to pay the reservation and tried to move in.but no one is in the office,so I called the number on the door. I was transferred to “customer service “but literally 40mins waiting,NO one ever ask it.I hanged up and called them again and was told at most 25 min ,I should be asked and transferred me to another person again. After 30min meaningless waiting on the phone.. still nothing happened. I have to change other self storage company, got asked right way.and finish all the paperwork in 15min.

Cheesy review alert! When you’re already stressed out about moving, public storage came to the rescue! Store Manager Tony took care of making sure I was getting the right storage unit and supplies I needed for my move. He went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t need to stress about getting a unit nor supplies. I couldn’t thank him enough for how smoothly he made this move for me!

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ. Before you pay for a unit, you NEED to inspect it!! I'm renting a unit for $200/month and the first week I noticed the back wall is literally not connected and I can take it off and see into another person's unit. It has been over a week and no one has fixed my unit or even offered me a solution. I have no idea why this location doesn't care in the slightest about security. If I ran a company and found out someone's unit was severely compromised, I'd have it fixed as urgently as possible. Or at least offer a temporary solution. There are many five star reviews on here, and for good reason. The management is friendly and as long as your unit isn't broken, I'm sure you'll like it just fine. HOWEVER, if you do have an issue, just know that you are not a priority. Public Storage has no intention of fixing serious issues as soon as possible. It'll just be one excuse after the other. Anyways, please heed my warning. I'm not saying don't do business with this location, I'm just strongly encouraging you to inspect the unit before renting it and take pictures!!

It's clean which is good, BUT the hours to get into the storage are RIDICULOUS. 9:30 am till 6 pm are the gate hours, business hours, everything hours. People don't want to be waiting around for the gate to open at 9:30 am.

I don't what all these people are talking about. Service is slow and they never answer the phones. My stuff is practically being held hostage. The very cheap lock they gave me broke and they won't call someone to cut open the lock. They know very well that its their fault because they dont let you use your own lock. You have no choice but to get stuck with their CHEAP courtesy lock they give you. They wont let me cut the lock but they also dont want to help me open it.
