I love this storage unit for three different reasons.
1. The location is extremely convenient and the units are drive up.
2. I’ve never had any issues, and it’s always clean here.
3. Cassandra. She really sets herself apart from others that are managing storage units. In my experience, every time I come over to the storage units, which is pretty often, she’s always walking around and making sure things are in order. She’s visible enough to keep the Riff Raff out, but also charming so you feel safe and welcome. You can tell she cares. She’s always on top of things and checks in just in case.
My experience was great, got everything I needed. Cassandra showed me the outs and ins of the property, by far the most attentive and energetic property manager ever.

She explained the options I had to keep or abandon and wasn’t judgmental about the fact that I financially could not keep it. Update 09/15/2023!
Customer service was great. Cassandra from the front desk helped me out, was having issues processing payment through the app. I had to come in to make payment in person and she was patient enough to help me fix my app issue. Simple re-install solved it but appreciated that she takes care of her customers.
The On-site manager, Cassandra is amazing. I had rented a smaller unit than I should have rented. I went to the office and spoke to her and she gave me all my options and we rectified my issues right then. She was very helpful, kind, understanding and patient with me. She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. She always has a smile and is all about customer service!

I have 2 storages in this facility for more than 3 years+. My 10x15 storage was “broken” in last year with no phone call or message till I saw the “plaster wall” punched and all my stuff was splatter. That’s when I went to the office and they made me “aware” it was broken in.
Recently on 8/18/23 my large “15X30” was broken in. They remove the whole lock attachment to “get in”. Yet they have “cameras” and someone is always there. BUT YET THEY “DIDNT NOTICE”. They didn’t even call me or notified that this had happed till I went there yesterday. According to their staff someone called me “but the call was dropped and went silent” but I never spoke to no one and yet they didn’t try to contact me. Problem is that with all the storage fees “$900+” monthly you would “assume” you are better secured because they have cameras. NOT!! Once I opened my large storage I saw a few big things already missing that value more than 7K. That’s just from the top of the storage. The people got in top of stuff and broke a few items on the way to punch the dry wall to get to the other store in the side. These people had plenty of time to carry larger items and go thru stuff to see what can they get. I will contact the police department and find out the insurance information but these was definitely an “INSIDE” job. To top it off, my storage fees are “DOUBLING” this month.

I've been to quite a few storage facilities and this one by far is the best run and best value for the space your getting. Some storage facilities don't even offer public restrooms, this one does. And the employee Cassandra was the best one yet. She addresses any problem head on, she even let me chose my own gate code. That means alot to me. The hours at this facility is another big factor in me renting space here. There must be a dozen or more between here and my house and by far this is worth the extra miles I drive for the value and service at this public Storage.
Cassandra made it simple and easy to rent and understand the process. Her great service to her work showed good integrity, intelligent, and energy to the task required.
I hope I spell her name right, Cassandra has been Very friendly and helpful since first day meeting her there.

The rent kept going up and up. Seems like every few months there's a rent increase. It's usually about 15 to 20%. To be fair, this is how most storage facilities work. The ol' bait and switch. Rent is not pro-rated if you leave mid way or early on in to a billing cycle. Kinda scammy. Nice facility, though. Well maintained. Probably wouldn't rent with them again, though.

5 stars for the customer service from both Cassandra and Angel, I have a few units here and they have always provided excellent service. I am posting this picture incase anyone is looking into the indoor units at this location, I set my hand on the wall as support in the hallway to the indoor units thats all it took to create a hole this size in the wall. Just be aware before renting the indoor units that the walls seem to be paper thin and minimal reinforcement behind the sheet rock. If it wasnt for that piece of cardboard in the pucture, you would be able to see and have access to someones unit and belongings. I now have outdoor units that are not exposed to weak drywall in a common hallway.
I worked with angel. He’s a great guy very helpful. He walked me through everything and he made it very easy and smooth transaction.
I’ve been really lucky to find this place and even luckier to have Cassandra help me! She always answers all my questions, she’s very professional and has been so helpful always. Very happy with renting a space here will refer all my friends!

My boyfriend and I decided to rent from this location because of the excellent customer service we recieved from the property manager Cassandra. It was closing time but Cassandra did come out and introduce her self and explained the hours of operation. She also set up an appointment for the next day. And even gave us a Courtesy call To remind us of our appointment the next morning. Nowadays Sadly you do not receive customer service like this Anymore. It was a breath of fresh air, rental process was easy and Cassandra explained everything like a professional. I can honestly say Cassandra went above and beyond. And I feel we mad the right choice in picking this location. I believe I put my belongings in the right hands

Love this storage! Was previously at a different storage location before this one and let me tell you this one is amazing and very spacious. Not only that but the worker here ( CASSANDRA ) From day one she has been very helpful and very informative she is always helping out in whatever she can.
