I liked it here cause it's clean n easy to access my unit but the staff here aren't all that friendly I understand they don't want people hanging out kicking it here but damn I wasn't doing anything like that all I was doing was going through boxes getting Christmas presents out n yes I'm guilty of wrapping a few presents but that's only because I'm homeless I mean please believe I'd love to do this at home if I had one but apparently it's not allowed n ur only allowed to be in the facility for a certain amount of time I wasn't bothering anyone I wasn't making a mess but still I got kicked out infact he told me to wait for my ride outside of the facility cause I've been here to long .

I needed a secure spot to park my large vehicle. After the spot I had lined up fell through I was nervous about finding another spot that was large enough and on a flat level surface. Tony the manager made sure to ask for my vehicle’s measurements and compared it to his spots to make sure it would fit. Tony is a super helpful guy, very inviting and knowledgeable. He provides excellent service and I’m a happy customer

I just wanted to give Tony a raving five star 10 star review. Tony went above and beyond to help me. I was in a situation where I couldn’t get to the storage and analyze what size I needed because of how far I was. I call the public storage and Tony answered and I told him I’m not good with measurements I’m not sure how to tell what size I need. He asked me what sort of stuff am I storing and I said a couple of dressers a wall tree a bookshelf etc. We were having trouble determining what size is good for me so Tony took it upon himself and said send me pictures and measurements if you have and I will go and measure our 5 x 11 and see if it’ll work. So I sent him actually the measurements from online from where I got the furniture and he took the information and he measured three different storage units and ultimately determined the 6 x 11 is best for me this was about a two day process of calling back-and-forth giving information researching. He helps me reserve the room and the day I showed up to move in it was so seamless. I greatly appreciate Tony for what he did for the hope that he gave because honestly I would not have been able to do it on my own figure out the measurements etc he also help me find the best location and price within my budget which was his location and he did price comparison for me too. If it wasn’t for him I probably would have been in a storage overpriced hard to access with short hours all what is inconvenient about having a storage. I just hope that this review gets to whoever is the highest up in the company because Tony is the best worker you have the best human being I’ve met in a long time he really cares and I hope you take good care of him and reward him because he 1000% deserves it. Love you Tony 🤟🏽🥹
My business(Less stress moving LLC) works directly for Whittier college as one of their preferred vendors, I referred this storage location to the college director about 4 years ago. The past 4 years we've never had any incident management has always been very attentive if we have any issues with gate or access codes and always extremely helpful we will keep referring our clients to this location thanks again!

Tony assured me that there wouldn’t be a double charge if the storage unit was vacant by 9pm there would be no charge come to find a month later the account was sent straight to collections and now no one wants to return my call and remove it.
