Im 7 months pregnant and I think it was the owner who made it really difficult for me to use the restroom. At first she told me she was closed which is fair and that there's another restroom down below. What she failed to tell me was that my code wouldn't work for that gate. I'm here dying trying to make it and just so frustrated. So I had to go back up after to tell her the code wasn't working. Only then did she tell me I had to walk all the way down. Even after that I had to make the trip over to try and use the restroom.
We're off to a bad start. It's 8am and I am emotional. It's dumb.

I’ve rented my fair share of storage until from P.S. over the years in various locations. This location by far has been my ABSOLUTE BEST experience. Kim made everything so smooth. She’s super friendly, professional, helpful & knowledgeable. Very happy I chose this location blindly. The entire staff at this location is great. The property is clean and everyone seems to be respectful while loading/unloading.

Increased fees by $50 after 6 months. You have to leave your i.d. with the front desk worker in order to barrow a cart and her reason sounded like a lie.. she said people been stealing the cartts so i aked don't you have camers? Did you catch them on camera? Her reply No. we don't have carmers for that. Which really concerned me because I thought would if someone steals stuff from my storage space or someone elses stuff, so I told her that's not good and she reied "well, we have camers for that ma'am " and I'm like this woman doesn't even make any sense.. she even said some people put them inside their storage spaces... stang and half the time there's no one in the front office to help when you need them. I can't wait to leave them storage place.

I came here to get a space. Adrian, an employee of yours was so nice and pleasant. He showed me every space I wanted to see with patience. He made me felt so welcome. That’s one reason I went ahead got a bigger space because I know I will be here to stay for a long time. I am going to tell all my friends at King Richards. I am a vendor at King Richards and most vendors there don’t even have any idea how nice your spaces are and not knowing how nice your employees are, especially Adrian. I also met Isaac with a beautiful smile. You know how to pick good employees.

Kim provided me with amazing customer service by far. Had a bit of an issue with elevators being down, but she was able to go as far as beyond and took care of me. I saw her running back and forth to each customer to ensure their experience was great thank you once again
I had my stuff in this storage unit from 2017 to 2021. During this time in 2020 my unit was broken into, the lock was cut. My music equipment was stolen. No one from public storage notified me. No email, phone call, or post mail to tell me I was burglarized. I went to storage and saw 2 locks that weren't mine . I spoke with the front desk. They did not give me a date or time but said I can call the police. I did notify the police. My items stolen were over $1000 totaling. The cc camera never got the 'thief'. I do believe this was done by an employee of public storage.

Horrible, the access time is to 6 pm, ridiculous, it took me 3 days to move out, because of their ridiculous access hours, I have to take something out of the unit, unload it to my place, after that it’s 6pm already, so I have to go again the next day, the cart doesn’t move, I don’t know why they kept it there, you better have your own cart , go buy it from home depot or steal it somewhere, because the cart is extremely heavy and doesn’t move, if you ever want to move in and out here, it’s a trap, a living hell, they keep increasing rent every month, I told them I am going to move everything out , I just need a few hours, they said no, they changed me $110 for a day because I over stayed a few hours, I think they should be responsible for that, first their cart doesn’t work, second no storage place the access time is 6 pm, how could you expect people to move in and out, so people have to take a least 5 or 6 days off in order to move in and out. Or longer, and if you want to make a complain, sorry, their customer service phone will put you on hold for 35 hours , good luck, they are a big name , for rob poor people. If you have extra stuff, put in some other storage places, I rent one with extraspace, half the price with ice cold AC. And amazing cart that moves, and access time is till 9pm, did I mention here there is no AC, I died many times while I was moving,

I had the most wonderful experience at the Penn location of Public Storage. Elizabeth was the attending manager at the time. She was efficient, knowledgeable and great sales person if you asked me. I was skeptical of getting a storage unit as I had, had a bad experience before. She explained to me how easy it was to sign up for one, she showed me the unit and I was convinced. She took the time to explain to me the plans and what best suited me. With my needs and I ended getting a good deal on a bigger unit because of her. She also showed me how easy it was to attain access through the app. I recommend anyone to come here and get a storage unit. Elizabeth truly was a life saver and it only took 30 mins from sign up to receiving my keys. She’s fast and efficient that’s all I have to say about how she handles business. Don't recommend renting here. No one is ever in the office so any help that you do need you need to call the customer service phone number. Even with something as simple as getting a push cart to go up and down the elevator with your stuff they can't help you with because no one is ever in the office to give you one. I'd rent elsewhere, especially when you can't access your belongings after 6pm.
I would like to say that I am extremely satisfied with my visit here. I was not able to locate my unit until, one of your staff members by the name of Jennifer was such a big help she directed me the right way. She was really nice, and funny down to earth, really easy to get along with, she had excellent customer service skills. I would definitely recommend this storage in the near future to friends and family.

We needed a storage unit asap when my mom died unexpectedly, and my daughter unable to get items back home with her to the east coast. The ladies in the office were extremely pleasant, efficient, and sensitive to our plight at that time. Today we moved storage units simply due to locale. With mom's house sold, and no one else living in CA, it was more logical to get a unit in the county we live. Our experiences have always been positive when visiting the unit; well maintained, peaceful, felt secure. Closing the unit today was painless. Isaac was courteous, professional, and efficient! We have 0 complaints with our use/time at this facility!
