I’ve had a storage space at this location for a couple of years and just recently changed to a different (smaller) unit. I was helped by Jay and Tammy and they were great. Made the whole process of changing units very fast and easy.

I’ve had the pleasure of renting a few spaces to store my college son’s stuff while he’s home over the past two summers. The rental spaces, facilities, and common areas are always super clean. The flatbed dollies are always in great working order, and plentiful available for use. All my interactions with the staff on site have been great and any requests made have been addressed quickly. The best part has been using the incredibly easy use of the Public storage app to set up the rental and even easier to schedule the move out once schools starts back up in the fall. Big Thank You to Mr. J and his entire staff. This was by far my best experience with a storage facility. Very Top notch. From day one Jay and Tammy made my boyfriend and I feel welcome. All our questions and concerns were addressed and answered. They were super friendly and upbeat and had us laughing and having a good time while we signed up for the year in the middle of a tough moving day. Jay patiently showed us 3 samples of units and locations until we found the one we wanted. This storage facility is well maintained, secure and up to date. Being able to enter and manage the doors via your smart phone is a breeze. We are actually a little sad to not need this storage anymore it’s been a wonderful experience. If we ever are in need again we will definitely return to this location. We would give them 100 ⭐️’s

I rented a storage unit there we’re constantly upping the rent the facility was dirty and the woman that works there is so rude The only thing that they have good going for them is Jay that works there? Every time I have to go pay my bill seems like nobody was inside the building are they were always on break no sign on the door letting people know that they’re taking a lunch or on break worst service ever

Clean and friendly staff

Rented a storage unit there over the holidays to help us clean out the garage. After less than 5 months I received a notice this morning that my rent would increase by 40% on May 1st. I called to ask about it and was told that the company is looking to increase an additional 20% ASAP. Once they know you are moved in they bet you won’t move out and the price sky rockets.

This is the best storage place I have ever seen. And it was the least expensive of all the places in WLV or TO or even Simi. Very clean. Looks basically brand new.

Everyone is nice and helpful in the office. I just closed out mine because it seems the rate keeps increasing and now my $120 something unit is now almost $300. And it has been less than 2 years. Great for short term but watch the increases

Have been renting here well over a year. The area is very clean and Jay is very helpful and informative. He helped facilitate our move to another unit within the same building when my mother’s storage needs changed. Would recommend calling ahead as sometimes only one person in attendance. Be sure to ask for Jay, he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Clean and well organized. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good prices. Edit: This is a great place for SHORT-term storage. My intention, however, was for long-term storage, and after 5 months, I received a notice that my rent was increasing by 40%. I have moved my belongings to another location (NOT Public Storage), for less than I was paying to start with. For the time that I had my belongings at this facility, I had no problems at all, and was very happy with the facility and the staff. I just was not expecting a rate increase at all (based on my prior experience having a storage space a long time ago). I certainly wasn't expecting an increase after only 6 months, and certainly not by such a HUGE amount. I think they count on it being too difficult/costly to move your stuff somewhere else. If they hadn't increased my rent, they would have had a customer for years, as that was my intention. Instead, they now have an empty unit. I definitely recommend this facility if you need storage for less than 6 months. However, beyond that, they have crazy rent increases, so factor that in before committing to a space here.

Let me start by saying THANK YOU JAY!! I had really made what I thought was a gigantic mess trying to rent a couple units online...when I called to try and fix it...I spoke with a gentleman (literally a gentle man!) named Jay. He not only walked me through what needed to be done...he did it without making me feel like a burden. He promised to call me the next morning to follow up...and HE DID!!! A man of his word! I ended up going to the facility and completing my transaction and meeting Jay in person. He completed the transaction quickly and efficiently, gave me a tour of my units and was just a pure joy to encounter! We laughed the whole time! Such kindness and patience is rare in customer service these days and it set the tone for my whole day! Jay...you are truly a GOOD soul! Thank you for everything!

Place is a rip off. They had a flood and my stuff got damaged. They took no responsibility.

This place is great. Super clean and organized. Carts are always available and everything works. The front office staff I wish I could remember their names because they were awesome and so helpful. Any way I went in to see about getting a second unit on Saturday 9/10 about mid day and they told me a second unit would be $99 but then they suggested I look on the app and it was $15 cheaper! All 3 staff members were very friendly and helpful saying they could move me to a unit that was closer to my current one. Thanks to you 3 you are incredible!

This company is a complete racket—but I’m assuming it’s basically par for the course with the storage industry. To their credit it’s a very nice and new facility but in the 15 months I’ve used them it has really gone downhill. Not to mention increasing the rent from $83 in 2021 to now $127 for a 10x6 unit. Recently they changed their hours due to “security problems” and posted up poorly written and misspelled signs to communicate this to customers. Turns out this particular facility has been having serious problems with crime (over ten units burglarized by the same criminals — Google it). When I asked the front desk lady she denied it and said she didn’t know what I’m talking about… but she did admit that the reason the automatic gate is no longer working is that a drunk person drove their truck through it. All of this in Westlake Village! And here I thought coming from LA we’d avoid this type of insanity. Be careful. Glad to have my things out and I feel fortunate that we didn’t have anything stolen.

This was my first time using a storage unit and Jay made the process super easy and effortless. The facility is immaculate and secure, two huge things when trusting others with your belongings. There are always carts available by the loading zone. The gate can also be opened via an app on your phone which also allows you to do payments or access your unit information incase you forget over time. I would recommend this storage rental over all others. 11/10 for service

This location has an "Excellent service" it's very clean, this is important to me. This location is well maintained (it's new). The staff especially Jay is excellent and very helpful. You feel safe as they required code for the elevator and to enter and exit the property. Great location as well!

Love this storage locker. Nathan helped us out and showed us the available sizes of the units and we found the perfect size! He showed us how to use the elevators and helped us get all set up with the app. This storage locker feels very safe and has a lot of eco friendly features. I just want people to know that even though I work for this company I chose to rent here because it is clean and in a great place. Lots of units that have good lighting. Cone and join the family.

Worked with Jay. Willing to go over concerns i had. Cheerful attitude. Provided lots of information on renting at the location. Would have saved a few bucks had i register a reservation online. The place is big, probably has a unit for any looking. The first time there look for the small signage. The building houses a tenant with a more prominent sign that Google Maps takes you to.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM BUYER BEWARE I am a disabled vet who uses supplemental o2. Don't let their smile fool you. Jay, and Charlotte promised me how secure my unit will be. What a joke! My unit was broken into robbed for 28000 worth of household and personal information. This happened durning the morning shift. Their insurance company refused to help because of me not having receipts which was taken too. The damged stuff that robbers left they refused to throw out in their dumpster. I had to take the unrepairedable furniture to the dump. They also raised my rent after 4 months. An increase of 60 dollars. The cops told me that my unit was 1 of 10 that day. And subsequent conversations i found out this an ongoing problem. In the end dana, Charlotte and jay refused to admit that there wrong and they don't care. I saw the video of the robbers taking my stuff which makes me feel violated. I am leaving the facility asap. My health isn't the best and finding help is hard. Bottom line this shouldn't happen to anyone. I would love to give negative stars. Update i have since left the storage facility on the 15th. I have not received any credit getting out 15days early. What a joke. If the think there is a cleaning fee this is what i left it looking like.

I want to express something very incredible. I would like to comment on the manager Jay. I have never seen anyone more patient kind and always friendly. The energy of the facility is always clean and welcoming. I actually look forward going to my storage unti (lol) with the hopes of bumping into Jay and saying hi. And getting a warm nice smile and hello back. Very rare and hard to find in a manager who can be cool and collective dealing w many personalities all day log.
