Update: well, they called me and congratulated me because I was "eligible" for a 3 month discount ($50) off a month. After the 90 days, the price went up again and now it is $306 for THE SAME SPACE. I'M OVER IT. I have tried to call, text and stop by the office and no one ever responds or answers the door. I already rented with a different storage company and am moving 1/2 of my contents out Oct of 2024. I decided to try an experiment just to see what would happen. I rented THE SAME SIZE SPACE AT THE SAME LOCATION to keep the other 1/2 until I can ship the contents. Guess what..... the price is $99/mo. Why is one space over $300, and the same exact amount of space? I don't get the glowing reviews on google.... it is a huge rip off. Original Post: Without notice they JACK UP THE PRICE- I started paying $178 and within 12 months they are now charging $304. Ridiculous! I’m so disappointed- they do not return phone calls or staff their office. The elevators are broken regularly and there are not enough carts. I have my own insurance, I have my own lock that meets their requirements, and despite attempting many times to cancel the policy they force in your agreement, and use my own lock, no one responded to my inquiries.

Had an amazing experience today renting a storage space from Public Storage today. We saw the space online reserved it and Jennifer assisted us through the process through the phone. She was very professional and friendly which made the experience more amazing! If I could give her 10 stars I would, the whole process was easy and smooth!

Property manager Jennifer, Rafael have been there for years and their wonderful caring manner has never changed. I appreciate that their has not been a grand turnover of key staff at this site, because you, definitely have the best. They are friendly, keep the place tidy and organize and run a tight ship. Recently I spoked with Veronica and with these 3 outstanding folks representing you company, you Mr. Russell Jr. are fortunate and lucky to have them. As they make this location a great powerhouse of excellent and superior customer care! The quality service towards customers and the location is wonderful. The follow-up is top notch and it is the reason we have not moved out and found another company to take our business, because of these beautiful folks. My experience was with Jennifer at the 6467 Foothill Blvd. Public Storage in Tujunga. I am not proud to admit that achieving basic tasks does not come as easily to me as it might to others pursuing the same goals. Due to my personal limitations, obtaining a storage unit was a bit of an ordeal. None of the difficulties arose from Public Storage. Each self-imposed roadblock resulted from my end. Thankfully, each time, Jennifer was there to lead me through the process with incredible patience and much needed compassion and understanding. She took so many calls from me that I began to worry that I might become an annoyance to her. Jennifer never made me feel that way. Instead, she repeatedly made me feel like a valued customer. I have no doubt that is a result not only due to her professionalism but also her humanity. In my case, I am certain Jennifer had to perform above and beyond what she might with other applicants. For that, I am extremely grateful. With Jennifer's encouragement and guidance, I was finally able to obtain my storage unit, for which I am immensely grateful. It is a relief to know that someone like Jennifer will be there each time I need to access it. If future assistance is ever needed, it will be with much appreciated confidence bringing any possible concerns to Jennifer's attention. She is a much valued employee. Thank you, Public Storage for having Jennifer by my side when I needed her.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!! Without notice they JACK UP THE PRICE- I started paying $407/mo and WITHOUT NOTICE, within JUST FIVE months they are now charging $568!! WITH NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER!! I left the manager at this location , JENNIFER, TWO VOICEMAILS and NEVER HEARD BACK!I have my own insurance, I have my own lock that meets their requirements, and despite attempting to contact them, no one has responded to my inquiries. So again I've had to contact their Support, the first time they were pretty good and refunded me the money, the second time they went through some nonsense process… This is obviously a retaliatory rate hike based on the fact that I was able to get the first nonsense fee removed, so they jacked up the rate on me to retaliate. Absolutely disgusting, unscrupulous behavior… STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! **UPDATE** I just spoke with a wonderful representative of their named "Claire Ingram"And she thoroughly explained the situation, listened to my side of the story, and did everything she could to find a resolution. As I explained to her when we spoke, this is good, true leadership and professionalism. She showed that she cared, she offered me solutions, and she went above and beyond and is looking for ways to help me remedy the situation. I am very thankful that this company does have good, professional people representing them and I'm happy to work with them moving forward.

I rented a 5x10 storage 18 months ago and since then they've increased my rent 3 times. I started at about $100/month and next month will be paying $280/month.

This place rocks! Not only is the price unbeatable but, it is one of the better storage facilities ive been to in this area. It always has been the nicer of the bunch in this area. The building where my stuff is, is nice and cool. The parking area is spacious so theres tons of space to park and have a short path to the loading area thus when people all start showing up, they wont all run into eachother on say a weekend or holiday. The staff was really sweet and accommodating. Being trans, things can be unnecessarily difficult at times, but not here. The staff and management were cool. Overall a great place to store your stuff!

I've had a space here for two years now. The staff are fully capable, especially Corinne and Jennifer. I keep my work materials here, so it's great that the access to the unit is from 6 am to 9 pm. The property is always clean and discards are quickly removed. I've moved several times in the last thirty years and had units in four Public Storage facilities and this is the best.

Very nice storage facility, always clean (the staff does a great job of making sure no junk gets left lying around), except the rent does tend to increase a bit too much. I went there seeking a rate adjustment and Corrine was a big help with this! She gets five stars for being helpful and friendly!
