Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1615 W 11th Street, Tracy, CA

I had an excellent experience calling this storage facility today! Christina was the representative I spoke with, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions about pricing, unit sizes, and availability, and even helped me choose the best option for my needs. Her professionalism and customer service made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend this place—great service and great people like Christina!

This is a very nasty place to do any business.When you go over there, it's smells horrible of a chemicals that you ingest just by getting out your car and driving and walking up to the door is bad.I wouldn't never want to rent from there and the area is nasty.

Kernesa is very professional, knowledgeable, nice, and provides excellent customer service. Just ask her a question. I have been using this storage facility for 6 years. Kernesa has been a great Manager. My things are safely stored in an air conditioned unit with 24 hour monitoring cameras. The area is clean and well lit. I am super thankful to have Kernesa assist me with my storage decisions. She deserves a raise /promotion. She always gives me awesome advice and keeps everything clean including the restroom. I have never seen the presence of rodents or insects in the storage facility. If you need storage they have a wide variety of storage unit sizes and types.

My experience with these people is worse than what any human will experience with the devil, I will try to post evidences here, I just got off the phone with the store manager over their plans to sell off my properties in the name of lien resulting from late payment, in the first place a few months into renting a store there they increased the rent exorbitantly without considering important factors, they charged me extra for every month I delay and they pro-charge on the first day of the month. That store manager has no iota of humanity in her, may be because of the color of my skin or my accent but that woman has treated me the worse way ever in my entire 8 years plus in America, as I speak tomorrow is the day they want to auction my properties even though I have paid almost $400 for last month and this month is only half way gone, they hardly take or return calls they are just plain evil.

Came in for a last minute walk in and Brianna was super helpful. They were about to close but she didn't hesitate taking the time to help me. Wonderful customer service!
