Easy to rent and visit, reasonable cost, excellent location
Jennifer was an amazing help, we made the deal thanks to her. So far so good the space is solid, easy access, very convenient.
Michael was extremely helpful. He guided me through the entire check in process, from front door to storage unit in 10 minutes. Excellent!
Later, though, my unit was robbed, then I received notice at the end of November that rates would increase 35% in January. Great people, but way too expensive. $4+ per square foot? Wow.
Been a customer at public storage for about a year now. I’m concerned about being locked out of my storage constantly as a on time paying customer. Then I get a email about a lien on my storage. My bill is due on the first I paid on the fourth and they said they’re going to add a $50 combination lock to my storage. I have five days to pay my bill before late charge is added. Please be advised to go to another storage place if you don’t want the drama!

I had an excellent experience with the manager in charger her name Jennifer at Public Storage. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to understand my storage needs, and their recommendations were spot on. The process was smooth and efficient, with clear explanations of the costs and rental terms.
What really stood out was their patience and professionalism. They answered all my questions with a smile, made sure I understood everything, and even helped me with moving supplies. It was clear that they truly cared about making my experience stress-free.

Everyone is so efficient and polite in this office and the tours are great. I just transferred to a larger unit and the process was smooth. I will say, however, I'm disappointed that my old unit #A008 had a water leak and damaged my white dining room chairs.

Public Storage on Lomita Bl in Torrance. Firstly excellent location. Secondly, delightful personnel. Namely Jennifer. Very friendly, nice, courteous and helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process of registering was pretty painless. Jennifer made it easy. Location is excellent, layout is excellent and area is clean, organized and secure.

You can't use the bathroom anymore. Not sure why not. As least clean when I have been there.

The guy that was working the front desk today was absolutely excellent! He was very friendly, made sure we understood everything, and made the whole process incredibly smooth. I wish I would have gotten his name because he was so incredible. I've been to other Public Storage facilities in Torrance and he was by far the best employee I've ever dealt with. Very pleased with my visit to rent a storage unit.

Storage is not reliable , not safety .
in August 2021 our storage someone was opened and our things were stolen.
today 4/2022 and The insurance company still doesn't want to pay compensation, they not answer us, Michael- manager always says he doesn't know anything . Insurance company - not working in this storage.
Customer since before 1990. Expensive but necessary. In 30 years we've never had a problem except that entering the gate was tricky but with their app it's easier.
