Mitzi is an asset to Public Storage. Mitzi provides great customer service. She is very detailed in showing available unit locations, based on my request.....including swing door vs roll up door.
The company has installed extra security measures. You have to enter your code to enter gate to parking lot and enter your code again to get in the building (new security).

Great location in the heart of Torrance,corner of Crenshaw blv, and Carson St.. This place keeps clean, the staff is friendly.. The only thing is that they raised our rent way too fast and too high..so be aware!..this is why I give only 4 stars. After 4 years, it is time to go..

I have been renting here for awhile. The place is always secure, clean, and the staff is great. The staff has always been very helpful and is always on top of things especially Mitzi the manager and Christine. There is plenty of parking for thr biggest moving truck you can bring over, building is air conditioned, and the building is well lit.

I have had a wonderful experience with this Public Storage. Initially I was looking at 2 other storage facilities in Torrance. But one of them gave me questionable price quotes ( within ONE week, they gave me a $50 HIGHER quote for the same unit !!!) I also got a bad vibe from the other facility - it just smelled so bad inside, plus the guy at the front desk was very unfriendly and made me feel rushed. I’m so glad I ended up here at Public Storage. Mitzi has been absolutely wonderful. In the beginning, she took her time explaining everything to me really well, and didn’t make me feel rushed. I was also so shocked she remembered my name when I saw her again a week later!! You can tell that she really cares for her clients and takes pride in her work. This Public Storage is also very clean.
