My girlfriend and I were a bit skeptical on getting a storage unit in general but Alex had shown us options for 5x5s which is exactly what we needed. Don't have many things to store but the 5x5 was the perfect option that we hadn't been offered before. Prices are very fair. Alex was extremely helpful, don't think we would have gotten the unit if he hadn't helped us!

Bianca had made my move in experience easy and her customer service skills were amazing.
Not good at all. Only there a week and already the whole system was offline so no storage access, a dozen people there trying to get in, some for hours, no sign of staff even though it was within business hours, no one answers the phone AND it's been over 10 days and still no answer to the voicemail left. The online support was absolutely no use whatsoever and no understanding of the severity of the problem.

I went into Public Storage yesterday, to see about renting a space. I didn't wind up getting one, but I have to say, the young lady, Kay, who was there working at the time, was the nicest, and most professional people I have encountered in the public sector, in quite some time!!I wish more people were like her!
I went there in distress looking for a quick storage. I met the manager Kay who was very friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. She showed me a few units and made my day a whole lot better and I highly recommend this facility

I cant count a single time in which my questions, concerns, problems, or comments weren’t addressed in the absolute most professional manner possible from - (I believe their Manager) - Daniel over at the Tarzana Location. Im not someone to leave reviews whether a rant or a rave but honestly this guy’s worthy of it. Dan if you ever see this I thank you for your help you’re absolutely deserving of the praise bud!

Great location next to the freeway and big parking. Area. Easy move in easy move out..ask for Tanya, she is the property manager and is very helpful with details of what to store and not store.

Called the office for a concern with my storage rental fee, and thanks to Manny who was very kind to help out with the monthly charge.
