I had an online reservation , but there was a miscommunication so I lost that reservation when I went to the site yesterday. the on-site manager Rafael patiently helped me restored the reservation. I’m very happy about his service. I definitely recommend to use public storage when you need an extra space.
The onsite manager Angie is very rude. I went to the site two days in a roll , the elevator went wrong around 2 pm on both days. Angie did not check the real problems and just blamed the customer broke it. I never encounter such bad customer service. I will clear out my space as soon as possible and won’t do business with them anymore.

I had a great experience at Public Storage because of Rafael. From the beginning of checking into my space, he was pleasant and always answered my numerous questions. And, when my girlfriend spilled some coffee he cleaned it up for us and was very helpful as we moved our items. He has a good, friendly sense of humor and also knows the property very well. I am giving 5 stars in my review mainly for Rafael. The only negative thing I have to say relates to the price increases at Public Storage. We had two significant price increases within a year. The first one came at around 5 or 6 months and it was around $60. Then, the next one came 6 months later at it was $60. That's how they get you so definitely keep that in mind before you move into a big space. We ended up finding a great deal online for the same size and just moved into a different space. But, we don't have huge items so it was doable. Again, excellent customer service and I definitely suggest this location just because of Rafael. Additionally, the property is clean, feels safe, and it well-maintained. We really like that it's temperature controlled as well.
The staff here is top notch. We've been using Public Storage at this location for almost a year now and they've always gone above and beyond to try to help us out with various things. The last time we were here one of the employees who has helped us a lot (Rafael) helped us move our stuff from one unit to another and answered ALL of our annoying questions.

I went into this store a few days ago and Celeste helped me out with choosing what size unit I need for my stuff. The store was very clean and Celeste was super helpful! It’s a bit of a drive but I will definitely be coming back to this store to rent my unit due to how clean the property was and how knowledgeable Celeste is.

First time I arrived at public storage, Rafael helped me and took the time to show me to my storage unit and gave me helpful tips on the easiest ways to store my stuff. (Elevators, back door, parking, keypad, dollies, etc) I came back again the next week and he attended me and helped me change my storage unit because I needed a bigger space. Been calling for DAYS! My unit was locked due to falling behind on some bills finally paid went to get it unlocked nobody in the office waited an hour still no one and no one answering the phone called all day and nothing and I have not been able to gain access since last week no one answers today called over and over again just to be told I was a lair that I never called lol get it together! Don’t think o was asking for to much just for someone to be in the office when it says it’s supposed to be open

Even though I am a long term renter my rent increased 67%, from $155 to $259 per month, in less than 3 years. My first increase of 10% was within six months of my move in date, however my last notice informed me my rent will go up a whopping 37%, from $188 to $259 per month since my last increase six months ago!!! You would think they would give long term renters a break so BEWARE, once you are in they think you won't move out so they can and will significantly raise your rate. If you ask for an adjustment they will tell you it is out of their control, the "system" makes the changes.
I just had the most pleasant customer service experience with Rafael! He made sure I was taken care of. He made my day! They need more employees like Rafael.
