My experience with Public Storage (at least at this facility) has been that they are predatory when it comes to their pricing. They baited-and-switched me with what appeared to be a great introductory offer, but within a couple months, they send you an email notification that they are raising their prices. This pricing increase steadily goes up to where now, one years later, my monthly cost is almost double the initial pricing advertised. They seem to know how hard it is for people to move their items once they've been stored. I will be looking to move to another solution very shortly, as the ongoing costs (that could increase again at any time -- arbitrarily justified by the company without proof of necessity or market statistics) don't justify the benefits. This company is not for those who are looking for long-term storage. Look elsewhere! Capitalism at its greediest. I give it two stars only because no break-ins have occurred re: my unit.
NOTICE: The Response from the owner (a.k.a. team here) seen below is exactly the kind of feedback I received when I asked them to address the issue each time they raised the rent. Each time they were courteous in their apology. Each time they told me it was out of their control and rates were based on corporate policy. I don't believe anything they say at this point.
Went in a couple days ago to get a storage unit. I was greeted by Angie with a highly positive attitude and very knowledgeable. She was very nice to me and explained the different type of units she had available along with their size and capabilities. Thank you Angie for the great customer service you provided. Place is clean & units are also cleaned. The best part yet , it’s only a few minutes from my home.

2 story building with a lift (not even an elevator) that doesn't even fit their carts and ONLY stairs. The whole thing is awkward and difficult.
The lift to load up to the second floor was not big enough to fit a cat to car things. Half of the building had been in a fire and looked in really bad shape. Would NOT recommend this location!!

I wish I could give Zero Star. They increased my rent $50+ WITHOUT notifying me. I didn’t receive no email or mail regarding this. I rechecked my email again and again and found none. I contacted them multiple times regarding this issue. They kept transferring me to different people and at the end I got transferred to the executive office which no one picked up. I left a message with my number, account number and what happened and they never called me. Manager at this location told me they increase the rate annually and then I asked why they increased mine after only two months and didn’t have any explanation and said he doesn’t know why. I also removed my stuff on the fourth and asked them to either waive the rent or charge me for those four days only but they said no and they charged me for the full months with an extra $50!! I called them multiple times no one helped.
Worse of the worse. They drain your money out of your pocket. Do more research and find some place better that here.
