The manager here is awesome! If you have to use a storage facility, this location is always kept clean. I have been here forever and never any problems with rain or critters. Consistently clean and a good experience. Plus, it's close to where I live.

This is a great place for storage, Serena in the office was really nice and helped me set up autopay.
The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the property is always clean and uncluttered. I love that the restroom, inside the secure gate, is always open and very clean. Serena is a highlight: thank you!

Serena is forthright and honest and she takes her job very seriously. She is the upmost professional employee and she is the epitome of a hard working manager. This is by far the cleanest, the safest and the friendliest Public Storage location in the entire Bay Area. Serena the manager is the hardest working facility manager I have met. She helped me move into my new unit on the first day I rented it. She even met me on her lunch break to sign all the official paperwork. She even helped me recently with some billing issues. She is a serious manager that keeps this storage location tightly. Anyone thinking about messing around at this location better think twice! Don’t let Serena’s cute face fool you, she doesn’t tolerate any BS from anybody!
