I ve only been at your facility for two months and now have rented another locker and I'm in the process of moving my stuff from another facility that was nt up to par not clean and very rude people not to mention unexpected raises on the monthly rent and only been there three months I am so happy to be at your facility your on sight manager Melissa has been great always smiling and she keeps the facility very clean not to mention her other co worker has been very helpful as well it's really nice to see people with a smile on there face al the time I m very pleased to have not one but two lockers there my only down fall was I wasted my time and money at the other facility . Melissa is an Angel! She helped me with all my needs! I purchased packing paper and tape and she asked what I needed it for and recommended I get the larger package so I wouldn’t need to buy more packing paper and boy was she right! I almost didn’t have enough and thanks to her knowledge of what would be needed I had enough to pack all my fragile items! I was also concerned at first with the cleanness of the storage area…but Melissa assured me the last tenants had just left a mess during their move out and everything would be clean by the time I moved in! Not only was the unit clean but the entire hallway was clean! It made all the difference when I moved in! Thank you!

I recently had to leave Public Storage due to their frequent price hikes. The rent increased every six months, making it difficult for long-term renters like myself to manage costs. It felt like they were taking advantage of our need for storage by continuously raising prices.
However, I must commend their employees, who were consistently five-star in their service. They were always helpful, professional, and courteous, which made the experience somewhat bearable despite the financial strain.

I’m excited to say my experience at this public storage was amazing. I was nervous about the size of the unit until I got the pleasure of meeting Alex. He took a look at my stuff and advised me on a bigger unit. He took the time to show me around 5x5. I came in thinking I only needed a small unit to store my stuff. I went a size bigger and my stuff fit perfectly. I’m glad he asked to help me out. He saved me time and money in the long run. Definitely recommend this location! Friendly and knowledgeable.

Besides being a nice clean facility, Sunland Public Storage is the best storage facility I’ve ever dealt with and it’s all thanks to head chief extraordinaire, Alex and crew. He has gone out of his way to accommodate our family in keeping up with our brother’s unit while he’s been ill these past several months. I can’t tell you what a comfort that’s been. He is always very pleasant to speak with and when you leave a phone message he will promptly return your call. It may be called customer service but with Alex and his crew you get customer care. This Public Storage is very clean, Alex is a hands on manager one time I was running late trying to beat the 9:00 p.m. deadline to exit the premises next day he called me to let me know that he locked my lock on my unit in my rush I hadn't fully secured it. He checks all the units daily also very helpful with any questions.

We have stored items here for more than 5 years, but finally needed to transfer to a smaller unit. The property manager Alex was amazing-personable, helpful, efficient, but also happy to take all the time we needed. He was the kind of an employee any company would be lucky to have. I was surprised to have an enjoyable customer service experience at a public storage facility but we did. In fact, the next day my wife said, "That guy at Public Storage yesterday was so nice." A big kudo to this Public Storage facility.

My sister and I came to this Public Storage by accident. We were actually driving to the Foothill location and ended up at this location instead. I must say, I've never been happier to make such a mistake!
When we got to the location, we were greeted by a young man named Alex. He was so helpful and walked us through all we needed to know and even helped us unload a really heavy box from the trailer. The facility was very clean and felt really comforting.

0 stars from me. Not happy at all, our rates go up like crazy and my unit was recently broken into. They're being helpful but I'm not happy with their security for that to happen.
