Arni at the Stanton 10792 Knott Ave., Stanton, has been amazing time and time again. He is very responsive, always eager to help, knowledgeable and can solve problems. He is management material. There was a mixup with the storage information and pricing advertised. He found the root cause and notified Facilities to fix the problem. Each time I call with a concern or request, he handled it immediately with ease and professionalism.
Lupe helped me rent until over the phone. She was very nice and very helpful, I’ve been helped by her in the office as well she is very friendly and attentive

Some one stole everything in my unit because management left the showing unit next to mine unlocked. They opened up the unlocked “showing”unit and busted a hole through to my unit. They stole mostly everything, except things that were too big or heavy. All my stuff is gone because management can’t put a lock on their own showing unit.

The facility was closing in 10 minutes, so I rushed to the office with my Husband. We saw Lupe leaving the front office. When she saw us, I was surprised watching her walk back so calmly to the office and assisted us right away. I thought she was going to say they were already CLOSED. This place is terrible. Our unit got broken into from 2 side walls. The walls were kicked in. Looking through the giant holes it looks like several other units also got broken into as well. It was all done from the inside so the unit looked fine from the hallways.
The elevators close on you right away and the sensors dont reopen the door when you are there, then the whole thing locks up and the office workers have no idea what they are doing and blame the customers for it and are rude and slow when they have to fix it, which only requires resetting it. There is no sense of urgency at all when there is an issue.
It looks nice from the outside and the manager is nice but you can put a bow on garbage but it's still trash.

Rented a unit today with Lupe had a really good customer service experience
This storage facility has been nothing but a big joke from day one. They offer Dolly use yet when I went to get the dolly it was locked up the worker couldn't find the key to unlock it so therefore I was unable to use it 5 minutes later somebody else went up to the front for Dolly use and was given the dolly. Then my password wasn't working and I couldn't get in or out without having to go to the office for help. To top it off they took a payment without my consent when I updated my settings and changed from automatic payment in which I never okay in the first place to no automatic payments. Then when I requested my money be credited back to my card because I'm leaving after 30 days they said I had to wait till I moved out of the unit and then I would be credited that money to my account. They are so unhelpful and just money grabbing belongings stealing pathetic excuse for a storage unit now they close at 6:00 p.m. during Monday through Friday and 5:00 p.m. on the weekend which is ridiculous people don't even get off work until that time so they can't even get into their units when they need to. I will never store my stuff at public storage again ever I don't care if it's a dollar for the first 5 months I will never go there again and I would suggest nobody else go there either.

Manager didn’t care to tell me that you have to use the app to activate the elevator, and I was unable to contact the manager (even using the direct access number) for at least 45 minutes to even know this, thus making me stuck. Is this how you do business?
On Edit: the code system makes the elevator cumbersome to use, and the app doesn’t always work, as someone else was having problems with the elevator. There is no accessible stairs for the second floor units as well.

The Public Storage Staff at this location is the BEST! Alexis is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. When I had a billing problem, she jumped on it right away and got the issue corrected promptly. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this Public Storage location because of the great service and friendly/helpful staff.

Lupe has been so incredibly professional and helpful, going out of her way to make sure that our move in and out was the smoothest one.
