Right when I walked through the doors of the rental office to check in I was greeted by Jenny telling me that she would be right with me while she was already helping another customer which made me feel very welcomed and thats 5 star customer service if u ask me! She gave me and the other customer she was initially assisting a quick tour to our storage units showing us how to get through the gate utilizing the mobile app and the gates keypad. Jenny made the whole process quick fast and easy! Even though she was the only employee working the front desk knowing that other customers were going to be coming in, she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of! Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff (Arlette and Jenny have been great). Due to my own situation I was in a terrible mood and very rude to Arlette and kinda of a big b*%ch. She was still nice and helpful when I was not. It is not easy to be kind to someone when they are being unkind to you and Arlette handled the situation very professionally.
(I did apologize in person to Arlette for being a jerk, my attitude was due and my situation and had nothing to due with the employees). Sometimes you have to wait for the employee to come back to the lobby if they are away from the desk helping someone else with something, that can be a little annoying but is not the fault of the staff. Jenny and Arlette have been friendly and helpful.

Great place to store your stuff. The process is easy once you memorize your access code. Dollys are limited so if you’re going to be there often, it’s probably best to bring your own. Most of all, the staff are great especially JENNIE! 🌟 (sweetwater rd location) She always has a smile & great attitude, she’s very knowledgeable, and you can definitely tell that she has a passion for helping people because she goes above and beyond whenever we may need her assistance with anything!!
I highly recommend this storage facility! I booked online and got a call to make sure I had the right unit size. After getting here Jennie showed me the units and I’m so thankful for that. I ended up not needing as big of a space as I thought. She was so incredibly friendly through the whole process! It was Jennie and Jenny in the office and both were patient and friendly with my toddlers while I was taking care of securing my unit (which was an easy process). Again I highly recommend this facility not only because of the prices but because of the amazing staff!

This storage place is the best! Not only b/c of the units being so clean & well kept but also b/c of the great customer service they have! Jenny greeted me with such a warm welcome & informed me of the hours, perks in the app, & auto-pay. She went above & beyond & made the whole process easy! Chantel was also very lovely & had such a great attitude. I love how they both worked as a team to make this experience very comfortable. I came back the next day & I seen how well they were keeping the location very clean by going around & making sure there was no trash laying around & keeping the bathrooms clean. 5/5 :)

I don’t remember all the ladies names that I dealt with from Friday through yesterday. But I will tell you this that team in the Spring Valley office is the best team ever they straighten me out. I was in tears because of corporate I called them because the office was in a meeting, and I needed immediate assistance because I was trying to drive back to Texas that same day. Corporate messed me up but the Spring Valley team straightened me out.

It’s so crazy to me that I can’t cut my own lock off my own storage unit. I have to wait 8 days to furnish my new place or pay $130 to get a lock smith out here to get the lock off. No one should store there stuff here.
No prorated refund if you leave early. Had storage for only a week and would not refund the rest of the month. Yes the terms and agreement states this but still not a good deal.
I have met some amazing women working here. But the 2 that always happy to see me is Shantel and Ashley. They always smile even when they're not having a not so much of a good day. These women go above and beyond for their customers as well as each other.

Clean facilities

Men's restroom is always locked and unavailable. The women's restroom sink has been turned off for weeks now. Not sure how a basic amenity is neglected by the storage company. Besides that storage is OK, the rolling carts are always locked up.

Men's restroom is still closed to public and has not been fixed. Female restroom has been fixed but does provide hand soap.

Visited this Public Storage to rent out a small space for some extra stuff I don’t have room for. The staff were very polite and helpful finding the right size for what I have. I was shown the exact unit I would be renting and explained how every renter has their own specific access codes to the gates and elevators and how you have access to the floor you rent on. The Public Storage App is very user friendly and lets you open gates and doors and elevators from the push of a button on app when you are within Bluetooth range of the specific door.

Online shopped for a storage unit. Compared prices and location. Easy online service. Doing online booking was convenient and saved me money compared to the other places. I went by my first day to get packing tape and Chantil was there to greet me. Her customer service was exceptional and she even provided me a map without me asking and pointed out the elevator access and dollys. Today was a little small move as I start my move and she was there again. Pleasant and helpful. She even saw me struggling on video and came to the rescue. I love that she took the initiative and was pleasant. 5 star Customer Service has been hard to find these days and I wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you!!! I look forward to my move and doing business with this establishment. So far...I love the cleanliness and organization of the property and the security. It took me a minute to figure out but I'm glad I came ahead of my move (scheduled 7/15/23) to move small items in for now so the stress of moving is not difficult. I also appreciate the items on the showroom floor for convenience.
Public storage has no air conditioning and no cameras to speak of. We had someone break into our unit and steal stuff.
The other issue is that they raise the price of your unit multiple times a year.

I’ve had a storage unit at this location for over a year and every time I go, Sarah always provides a warm welcome by being super sweet and attentive! She is very patient when questions are asked and has a calming energy to her. Many kudos to her! :)

The place allowed people to break into my sister's storage unit within two months of her putting things in. The thieves replaced the lock with one they could buy at the place. They told her the cameras only go back a week and couldn't look it up. They made it difficult for her to file a police report because they were closed for 10 minutes. When trying to ask for help from the people who work there they were rude and not wanting to help. Seeming like an inside job the more I hear details.
Once again i received great customer service. Demme provided excellent customer service. Very helpful and didn't mind answering some questions.

This is the second review I'm writing. I kindly deleted the first review because the director/manager of the store rob reached out to me after my first review saying" I feel like i'm begging you to change your review, we have meetings and go over google reviews and a 1 star doesn't look good for business" Not that he actually cared about the reason i wanted to cancel my contract in the first place because of the POOR customer service I received. I deleted it because I THOUGHT Rob was going to make sure my money was refunded but its been MONTHS! I've texted him multiple times and he has ignored me. He claimed it's in a check that will be mailed to me and i haven't received anything yet. So not only do they have poor customer service, tried to bribe me to change my review, but also they stole my money.

This company is awesome, I worked here for 3 years and I have nothing but good to say about it. The district manager Rob was the best boss anyone could ever ask for. He treated his employees and customers with nothing but respect and kindness. He was understanding to any situation and always helped in anyway he could. He was always working even when he was off. I originally only planned to be there for a year because of what I wanted to do for my career but he is one of the reasons why I stayed longer. He was just a fantastic boss and I could only hope to have another as good as him! The company alone was a great place to work, everyone was awesome; and everyone helps each other out like a family. Chantil, Ashley and Sarah were the best, I more so worked with them and we all got very close. Honestly everyone who worked there was fantastic, Victoria and Jenny were always a huge help and they are all great people. I never thought a storage company could leave such a large impact on my life but it did and I’m very thankful for the experience it gave me and the friends I will always have because of it. HIGHLY recommend working here!!!!

This is a great facility. Always clean. Nice size parking lot with an easy entrance and exit for people driving large uhaul style trucks that may not feel comfortable turning them around in a parking lot. Staff is friendly and responsive as well.
Public storage is a great storage facility. The price you pay is the peace of mind that you get knowing that you're stuff is secure.

Allie and Ashley deserve all the 5 stars, praises and raises possible. Those two always made sure everyone on the premises were safe with a clean area, made sure we all understand the protocols and the elevator/access code. When I reserved the wrong unit size and didn’t realize until I thought it was too late, those ladies made sure everything was taken care of and that we were in the best unit and price available. Thank you for calming us during the most stressful of times. We wish to have had a garbage bin (even if it was extra charge) but understandably we know why, and thank you for being around when we needed you both all day :) for the knowledge and professionalism with the friendliest staff. Sorry this review is overdue but thank you again for the sweetness, security and cheerful personality we very much needed!!

Frankly, after my initial conversation with (I’m assuming) the corporate office, I was turned off because it felt like high pressure sales. However, I decided to visit the facilitiy in person. After Sarah gave me the tour, I decided this was the right place for me. I went online for the best price, then Ashley got me set up to move in right away. Great experience! I went shopping for a storage unit today to temporarily aide our moving process. I went to 2 different facilities in the area before this one and found no availability at the first place and possible availability but poor service at the second one where the lady at the office recommended I shop on their website instead. If I wanted to do that I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas to drive down.
I ended up a Public Storage in Spring Valley where Allie took care of us so well! She was very welcoming, I made the comment that she should be in the hospitality industry. She didn't act like she was too busy to help us and she even took us on the property to show us the different size units. The process was very easy. We love the location and the security measures this place has. Thanks to Allie we also know exactly how to get to the unit, restrooms and moving dollies. 5 star service, 5 Star business

Rent for my unit was $151 and has now increased to $343 over 4 years. However, the exact unit at the exact same location is being advertised and rented for $229 or online special pricing of $183. This makes absolutely no sense.

Today I walked in trying to get some information on renting a storage. Currently my life is very chaotic, selling and purchasing a new home and potentially being homeless for 2 weeks while our new home becomes vacant. So because our home won’t be ready for a few more weeks, we are in need of a big storage unit. I already walked in with the mindset of spending a minimum of $500. From the moment I walked in, Chantil made me feel at ease. After giving her a little tea of my situation, she was able to inform me of my options and gave me her recommendations for which unit would be best for our situation. Things haven’t been going our way for the past few months, but today Chantil gave me hope. That when things aren’t always the greatest, you find a reason to smile and you meet great people that can change your mood and give you a helping hand when you least expect it. Needless to say Chantil helped me get situated with a 10X30 and I didn’t pay $500! I’m so very grateful to Chantil, thank you for making today fast, easy and fun. I haven’t laughed that much in a very long time. You are such a light to be around. Thank You from the bottom of my heart!

This is my second time using this location for storage during moves. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I would have to put my entire home into storage this time until 2 weeks before we had to be out of our rental and still had not found a home to move into. I ended up having to switch units two times after starting with a 10x10, then moving to a 10x20, and eventually moving everything again into a 10x30. Sarah was extremely helpful, I was originally going to get the 10x20 while I still had the 10x10 and she suggested waiting until I could move everything out of the 10x10 and into the bigger space on the same day to save on fees. I took her advice and waited but still ended up having to get an even bigger space but this time, thanks to her advice, I knew what I was doing. All of the ladies are super helpful and nice, which makes the whole stressful situation a little bit easier. The facility is clean every time I go and aside from the cart issue (people not returning the keys for the carts, which leads to limited availability), I've never had an issue with anything.
I’ve been a long time customer of this facility and of many Public Storages across several states. This by far is the best. Always clean never had a security issue and the staff was always friendly. Sara the manager trouble shooted a lease issue and I couldn’t be more happy with her professionalism and outcome.

I just checked out today. This storage facility is clean, safe and staff is amazing. Sarah is awesome and made my check out super easy. My real star is Shantell. I’ve had multiple interactions with her. She is always really helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Hopefully I’ll never have to use storage again but if I do, it’ll definitely be Public storage on Sweetwater in Spring Valley.
I had stored items for three years here and it was always clean, never saw bugs, etc. They have great security too and helpful and friendly staff. I’d use them again if I needed stiorage.

Employees are super nice and helpful! One thing that absolutely irks me every single time I come here no matter the time there are never enough storage carts. Some people how them for a long time and aren't even using. Be prepared to put your access code in and carry stuff up everytime.
Raised the monthly rate by 25% in one month. It was expensive to start with, but we needed a climate controlled unit. Sorry, but a 5x5 for $100 a month is outrageous. We're moving out this weekend.
