Okay so my business is growing and I had to look into possibly getting another storage closer to my office. Angie and Christian answered all of my questions and I think this might be the place. I’ve shopped around and the pricing here is better than anywhere else. I think I’ll just bring my other locations here. The place looks clean and they are really nice and helpful. Kudos to you guys.

As far as public storage in Cali goes, this is one of the best places in affordability and friendliness goes. Being someone on the lower threshold of income this place is great for me, and the employees are very kind. Angie specifically was respectful and considerate of my needs as a customer.

Went there to look at some prices and unit sizes. Luis the employee working there was a very CHILL dude and made my experience there super easy. Luis is a good guy who answered all my questions and was easy to talk to. Prices were great for a 10x10 unit. I would recommend this place if your looking for a storage unit.
This place is awful. No bathrooms, doors are broken, no one in the office, ever. No way to get a cart?
Why is this place even open?
1) Bathrooms do not exist here.
2) Carts are almost never available.
3) At least one of their two entrances is always broken.
4) The main gate is left open at times.
5) The guy shows up 10 minutes late, puts up a note in the window saying he is on a Zoom meeting and will return in twenty minutes, and refused to let me use a cart!

Do not recommend this place! I have a unit at this place when I went back for the first time to the unit after putting all my stuff there, the lock which you have to buy at the facility wouldn't open. After many tries and not able to unlock it, I did ask couple of people to help because I though maybe I was not opening the lock the right way. They were unsuccessful as well as a matter of fact the key broke inside the lock. Now after not be able to get some of my stuff from the storage, they told me in the facility now I have to pay for another lock and also to open the storage unit. I was very upset. Now after paying almost 100 spent for another lock and the fee to open it, its been more than a week and they have not open my unit. This's not a place you want your stuff to be. By the way I just gave 1 star or else I couldn't post my review...
Got notice my current storage facility is having another rent increase Aug 1. Looked on line and seen simply storage. Told the Mgr at this new facility I have one week t o move. I was given option to reserve storage unit and come see facility. Came in and had tour of area and seen rental unit. All indoors. All coded to get inside;very clean. Staff friendly. Great place.

DO NOT STORE HERE. first of all when i was in the office today i heard the front desk lady offer 2 people discounts on their late fees if they left 5 star reviews so don't trust the good reviews on here. secondly. despite having to escalate my issues to the district manager, Bob, regarding them upholding the original start date they confirmed via email, they have called me twice this week threatening to give away my storage unit if I did not sign paperwork now and pay for the remainder of April when I only need the unit starting May. This place is predatory and it has been a time sucking and frustrating experience. They only care about your money obviously.

I was in a need of a storage, have a week to move out and I saw simply storage on my way to my parents house. I looked online and they were having a sale. Kat was the lady that called me and asked me to come in. She was so friendly and explained everything, I love her attitude and how she had an answer for everything. The units are very updated. No one can come in without a code and everything is inside. My favorite is that we get a whole month free. Thank you Kat for your kindness.

This place has had a string of break ins and not much is being done about it. They stole nearly 20k from my unit. They claim that it may be several days before someone can fix the door. They don't have anyone willing to help open the damaged door to remove my items or to have it secured. This place also has a few people loitering and living out of storage units. I would recommend finding a different location for your storage needs. The District Manager was no help. Apparently police have footage of the individual. However have not pursued the individual. The cameras on site are limited and security is a joke. If I could I would have rated 0 stars.i hope you have great insurance or remove any precious heirlooms if you have a storage unit currently.
I wouldnt call it a safe place their are homeless people living there it's so bad they had to get a security guard to watch the place at night
I have been renting several storages for 25 years. Simply Self storage is my most recent addition. The initial price seemed like a good value, but after 2 years I am paying double . None of the other 3 storages I have , raised my rent so significantly. I also had someone drill out one of the locks and take some expensive items. None of the storage insurance companies pay out claims. The insurance is just a scam on renters that they require from every consumer. I am going to remove the remaining valuables, and leave the rest in the storages.

This Place is Professional. I was shopping around for storage units. They all have crazy prices..I called and spoke to Savannah, and she was very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs. 5 STARS.
Update Jan 16 2023.
My price went from 60ish bucks to 95ish dollars for no reason. So therefore, I closed my account. Fyi They also need 10 day notice to vacate. Other than that it was useful, but their new prices are unreasonable, seemed like they just picked a random number increase indtead of using a percentage method.

The staff are very polite, patient, & helpful. I’ve had units here for a couple years now & never had any major problems. Easy access & other customers are polite & helpful as well. Thank you Simply Self Storage staff for all that you do!

This storage for the most part is okay. It would be much better though If they adjusted the air conditioners thermostat. It is to hot outside as it is. The units are suppose to be climate controlled and there not . The temp in there is 79 degrees that's way to hot to be working in moving things around and in n out. When the temp outside is 82 be degrees. That's not a significant amount of cooling for this type of facility. So I would greatly appreciate it If you could adjust the temperature to at leastwise 72 degrees. That's what I'm paying for if I want to sweat I can go hang out at the gym. I don't want to be sweating outside already to come and sweat more. I've asked them at least twice with no results.

Horrible they have only 2 pull carts at this location, the elevator by the back entrance to tge storage is not working. Its horrible having to take your items on your own to the storage unit is all bad. They now have more pull carts, but now the price went up a considerable amount. Like yikes!!
The set up was convenient and their higher sizes are comparable to the smallest sizes at other local storage units

I am a customer of this location and all I can say is the customer service is top notch. I've hardly ever dealt with a company where across the board the staff are just supremely polite, kind, and professional. I had a situation where I needed grace. It was shown to me. Shots out to Bob, the regional manager I believe and Ruben the onsite manager who really came through and showed love. I appreciate it, and I want everyone to know if you get a storage space here just for the positive energy, you won't regret it.

It's a great place to have your stuff. I'm very happy that Ruben works there he's always been very helpful he's always keeping the place clean and walking around making sure everything's good.
Inside lighting is poor inside parts of the hallways and inside the rental spaces.
