Brenda and Maria are AMAZING!! They went above and beyond for me today driving on the 405 Friday Traffic! They stayed late and help me trouble shoot my lock. I have never had such customer service. They saved me so much today! I cannot say enough about them! Made the whole experience extremely pleasant
Brenda set me up so quickly and efficiently, making the process so easy for me. She’s relatable and I can tell she is responsible. I wanted to get the unit sooner than expected and came back at the end of the day and she still took care of providing me thorough information and showing me around. I also love that the facility is new and very secure (cameras everywhere, motion sensor lights, code required at access points, and Brenda or another person is available regularly). I feel like my things are very safely stored here.
The only thing I noticed on my first visit there was a cockroach in the hallway on the 2nd floor. I haven’t had a chance to inquire about this yet, but since it is a very clean facility otherwise, I am thinking it was probably brought in by someone renting a unit.

This storage location is somewhat new and is very nicely upkept. Maria was a joy to work with and followed up with my rental. We had a small issue with payment and payment intervals but she was able to call her manager(s) and get it all handled quickly and smoothly. She went above and beyond to get us taken care of.

After having such a hard time reserving a spot for rent online, I was so pleased with the service provided when I went in person to rent the space I wanted. I had a set unit size and price in mind, but was given a better offer by Brenda who helped me secure the proper size unit to fit my needs within the same floor of the unit I already had. The customer service provided was above and beyond and I am extremely grateful for the assistance provided. It is nice to know that we still have amazing people who go above and beyond to help.

First impression of the Storage facility was that it was immaculate! everything was spotless, the space was well thought out, and there is an enclosed parking garage to not only ensure safety, but it keeps it cool while unloading your things which is something you wouldn’t initially think about but made a big difference. Brenda made our renting experience so easy, she showed us practically every available unit more than once and made it so that we could pick the best storage unit for our needs. She was super attentive, honest about pricing, and helped us work out how much each unit would fit, she also had a great sense of humor throughout the process. Her customer service definitely drove us to rent from this facility by giving us peace of mind that there would always be an attentive employee ready to help out at the unit! This place is greatly priced and definitely has the customers best interest at mind. I would definitely recommend renting a unit here and touring with Brenda

I recently rented a unit at Public Storage Diamond Place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. A special shout out to Brenda, who went above and beyond to help us out. She took the time to walk me through how the access works and even showed me exactly where my unit was. Then when I had trouble figuring out how to summon the elevator using the code, she showed me and walked me through it step by step.
This made the whole moving process so much easier, especially since we were already under stress from all of the other issues involved in moving.. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience!

Public storage has always been my go to for my storage needs. The staff here is amazing. The manager is so knowledgeable and extremely caring. Super excited that I am renting at a brand new property. In addition every time me or my husband go to retrieve items from our unit, we always get greeted and we feel so welcomed. The manager Brenda’s attentiveness speaks excellence.
I am extremely happy with my unit. As a first time user, I was super pleased with how quickly you can get access to a unit. Such a fast and easy process. The only downfall I have is that the app does not work to open any of the doors or gates. So I suggest you memorize your code. Other than that, will definitely recommend!

I want to warn everyone that for more than 1 hour 30 minutes the manager prohibits being in my garage where my things are. It’s certainly a shame that the general manager doesn’t hear me. I rarely visit now, but they never open the doors for me. Be careful that you don't get hurt when you need to get to your things. I hope storage management sees this and gives me a pass like everyone else from 6 am to 9 pm. I have to use this place because I live here.
