Honestly, if it weren't for Maria, I wouldn't be here. She's super personable and professional, and she's always maintaining the property efficiently, too! I love how she's so real with you and always tries to help find the best possible solutions for relocating and finding units, whether within her facility or another. I have an in-door storage unit and the building is always kept clean. The only issue I've ever had with the facility was that the building door locked me out 5 minutes prior to closing while all my keys were inside, hanging on my storage lock. So, I had to spend the night right outside. Just make sure you're out of the buildings 10 mins prior to closing!

I have liked using this location a couple of times over the last few years. Maria is very helpful and does a good job overseeing the property. The property feels safe throughout the open gate hours and is kept very clean to drive through. The outside drive up units themselves I had each time I used them were in good clean condition as well. Especially since this last time I had a unit there, my outside drive up unit never got flooded during all the mainy and sometimes intense rain storms. That was something I was able to put my mind at ease about since the first days I was putting things into my storage unit I was being rained on through the day. It was really nice to see the drainage flow away from the drive up door was clear, moving, and not backed up.

We have been renting from public storage for over three years. I went in today to transfer to a smaller unit, and Maria helped me with the transfer. Maria was wonderful! She made everything very easy, and she was very knowledgeable about everything. Maria even helped me get online to get the mobile app so I can open the gate with my phone. The process of acquiring a storage unit was easy and stress-free. I also would like to complement the very professional staff here (namely Ms. Maria) who assisted with any concerns or inquiries I had during my rental with this organization. I highly recommend this location as a facility for storing your assets.
The male I spoke to on the phone told me about a special of first two months being half price if I signed up via the web. I'd and no special showed up. When to the office and I was told that that was erroneous info. I rented a 10x13. After it was paid for and being taken to go see it is when I was informed that it's on the second floor, inside and no light inside. I was able to get ur last 8x10 outside drive up for $7 more. At best, piss pore communication on phone and in person. Office personnel had limitations dealing with computer system and my account since I had stated it online. Your system could use a bit of updating. Because of this I'll probably only rent for 2 or so months. I will be looking for other storage facilities for future use.

Having to buy a new lock ( about $25 ) and waiting for a professional to cut the lock 2 weeks or more in time. Without Maria I wouldn’t have gotten my stuff in there. Great person to have on site. From the day I got here until now, I have had a great experience at this place and have always dealt with Maria. It's strange how I only happen to need assistance when she is the one that happens to be working at that time. She has been extremely courteous and very helpful with everything I needed from day 1. She helped me secure a storage unit, gave me advice on locks, and even helped me out when I got my key stuck in my old lock. Because of her diligence, I was able to have some peace of mind, knowing that my storage unit is being looked after. Definitely recommend this spot. I have driven by here nuuumerous times, but I never noticed it because it can easily be passed by. I suppose that's the only real caveat for me -- it can be somewhat challenging to enter and exit the place. Other than that, I highly recommend using their storage facility.
From the time we moved our belongings into storage to moving out, Maria was there constantly asking if we needed anything else. Super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this storage facility for the reason of her alone…the space doesn’t accumulate dust like other places we checked out too. So that was a big plus.

Facility is right in the middle of the city so it's very convenient to access your things and the service is great. The property manager really goes over and above to helping out renters. I already transfered my property from a different storage company into a second storage at this site. Plus can't beat the prices. Maria has been super helpful with my rentals. I had two units here but consolidated to save money, and she was very helpful with the process. She goes out of her way to notify me if anything is up to make sure that my things are taken care of. Highly recommended!
Maria has been great during our whole process. We have used this location for a year and every time she was very great and helpful. Every visit she was there to greet you with a smile and was always willing to help if needed. Highly recommend her and if I ever had to go back I would go to this location just for her.
Maria is the best! Not only is the facility always clean and well lit and safe, but Maria is always available to help clean out, help you get in and out, and make sure everything is safe. What a great experience

I have been at this public storage for quite some time and I just have to say that Maria who works in the office, is so pleasant has been from the first time I came there. I always see her when I’m loading or unloading and that woman does so much work. I just want to say thank you for have such a Genuinely nice person that always takes the time to be friendly.
