Almost frictionless transaction, although you do have to be able to use the web.

Think twice about using this facility (or at the very least ask them if they’ll guarantee pricing). Bait and switch! I came into my storage unit at $205 a month and three months later it was raised to over $250 and before my first year was up into the mid $300s. That’s a huge price increase in less than a year and clearly it’s because they can get away with it. Once you stuff is in their storage unit, you’re less likely to move. The facilities themselves are fine and the man who works there is pretty consistently available, but not very helpful. It’s like he’s not too sure of what’s going on there and his answer to everything is “I don’t know. It has to go through the app.” I see there are a few other reviews that talk about the bait and switch policy and I can’t believe there aren’t more but assume some people just don’t notice how much their rates have gone up . Since I’m on auto pay, it took me a few months to notice.

The space is very clean and accessible. The staff are really helpful. When I moved out and had a lot of unwanted boxes, Oscar helped me throw them away. Really good service!

Oscar is friendly warm and incredibly efficient. I’ve dealt w him for years and probably the single reason i have continued w PS over the many years. Give a raise a promotion. He deserves it and so does PS customers.

Even though I can see she's busy accommodating other clients, she still makes me feel welcomed, gave me necessary information and provides smooth service to my request without much hassle. Public Storage should rewards Teresa for her professional service. The storage unit with climate control in the main building is clean with lighting and AC. There are 2 entrance to the main storage building with parking on both sides, so that you don't have to walk as much. The picture attached is a 10x10 storage unit.

Complete bait and switch. Signed a contract for $133 a month and they increased by $53 after six months. I have another location that increased $10 after over two years. DO NOT store here unless you are okay with huge rate hikes.

Great asset for your company

BEWARE!!! If you rent for over a year, you are subject to ABUSIVE RENT INCREASES AND NO PRORATED RENTS! Once you have moved in, and it is time for a rent review, (usually once a year, but can happen at any time) they will dramatically INCREASE your rent! In 2022 I was hit by a 28% increase! For a 10' X 19' unit, the rent was almost $10,000/year. After time, you can end up paying more than TRIPLE what a new renter will pay for exactly the same unit! When you get hit with a rent increase, my advice is to shop around with the competition. Even if it is a hassle to move. Or even give in your notice to vacate, then reserve another unit in the sane facility. New renters always get a price break. No bathrooms available, nor dumpsters. They do not want to make it easy for you to get rid of stuff. Onsite garage sales are NOT allowed. You cannot have people showing up to buy your items. However, you can certainly arrange beforehand to have people come in to look at your stuff and make bids, and have them cart their purchases away. A couple of battered 4-wheel carts might or might not be available, so bring your own handtrucks, or rent them from "Home Depot" if you have many items to move. ALSO, they do NOT PRO-RATE rents! RENTS ARE MONTH-TO-MONTH. If you use your unit for only a day out of a month, and then vacate, you will have to PAY THE ENTIRE MONTH in ADVANCE! Else, your unit will put on lien after a month. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Love how big the storage is

The guy who helped me get a unit was extremely accommodating and helpful. Later when I was moving my stuff, he ran to my car to let me know I had forgotten something on the side of the entrance. Incredibly thoughtful guy. This location is close to a lot of main highways and streets like El Camino meaning it’s highly accessible. The facilities were clean and the area felt safe.

This team was awesome!!! I came in because I couldn’t finish my rental agreement online and the team here helped me finish and complete it super quickly. Thanks Emily and Rose, you guys rock!!!

Unit was broken into. Received a call from a property manager who noticed at least 6 others who had been broken into. She said it's very common and that if I had insurance, I would have had to itemize every item with receipts in order for my claim to be valid. They are instructed not to tell customers to itemize when they purchase the insurance. They are also required to purchase insurance. After the break in, I had to go look at the unit and call the police. The police asked if there was any video footage. Unfortunately, this location had an issue and the video cameras didn't actually work. And, they are only outside where it is really no use. I had to leave my things in a unit that had a broken door and no security. They had no other units in the area and if I wanted to get another unit, I'd have to hire people to help me move all my things. I'm being charged monthly, but I don't have a functional door. They refuse to stop auto-payments and say that they've now put a work order in but have no idea when my door will be replaced. It's been at least 2 months since the break in and still no idea when my unit will be secured. The property manager told me to call corporate customer service and the corporate customer service agent was very rude and said they couldn't' do anything. The property manager has since left Public storage and she clearly wasn't happy with how the corporate team handled these cases.

I just wanted to say that this property is well maintained and the staff here is extremely helpful. I came in to inquire about a unit and Jesse was really knowlegeable and gave me some insight on what I might need. He was an extremely cool guy and I appreciated his help and I recomend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit.

I would just like to share that I value and trust this Public Storage! On top of the convenient location, the premises are always safe and clean. The Manager Jeffe there is truly world class, he takes time to listen to the customers concerns and offers solutions with tact and poise. Spend your money here, you won't regret it.
