I have been with Public Storage on Vistapark in San Jose for 18 yrs and let me tell you these guys are great!! I've actually had 2 units. A very clean facility always and the people are so wonderful! In 18 yrs I've never ever had any issues or problems. They have always helped me when I needed something. Leah and Gabrielle are fantastic and I couldn't have had a better experience with them. I finally cleared out my unit this month and I'm actually a bit sad to say goodbye to them. If you're looking for a safe, clean and great storage facility this is the place!!!!

Don't waste your time, they're upfront price may be good but expect predatory rental price increases of 50% in less than a year. They are inconsiderate and corporate office is simply an interactive telephone menu system.

Leah is outstanding!! She’s available, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The only downside I see is that water can and does get in along the bottom of the door when it rains. A tighter seal would be helpful.
