I have been a customer for 2 years. The staff is easy to communicate with and when leaving a message, calls are promptly returned. Jason is very friendly, approachable and shows kindness and care with customers.This facility is safe, I have not heard of any theft issues like other places. If you are looking for a reliable place to store some items, this is your place.

The on-site property management staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of their clients. In particular, Jason is top-notch. You can see him keeping the property clean, maintained and always with a welcoming “hello” when you stop by your storage locker.

🤗Happy to be at this storage place. I needed a small unit quickly, and Jason was SUPER helpful a day before I had to start my new jobs & relocating from the other unit in Monterey was quite a trip. Then, the other facilities closed out my account in the same week w/our any extra fees for the following month. And the sweetheart who helped me over the phone, eased my decision of my big move. Thank you all for making the process so smooth. I am very satisfied with my savings and new rate, as well. I highly recommend them to whoever decides to make that life changing move, because they will go above and beyond the call of duty, as opposed to the robotic feature I experienced in other locations. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Gabriel, and he was very thorough and made the finalization process for renting a unit very seamless. Any question I had, he answered it with confidence and clarity, and he even showed me how to use the app with how to change payment information and insurance and such etc. He was very friendly and personable which made the experience pleasant. I walked out feeling confident on the information that he provided me with. I keep coming back to Public Storage for it's ease and security. This recent stay has been the best so far. Jason is the best. When I first started setting everything up, I mentioned I had vinyl records to store. Without missing a beat, Jason suggested basement storage to stay away from the heat so the records don't warp (I hadn't even thought of that). Recently, in a rush, I didn't lock up properly. I was promptly alerted by Jason during one of his detailed lock check-ups. The man called me directly to let me know. It's dedication and customer care like this that makes life so much easier. Th manager keeps it very clean and organized. One time I accidentally left my personal item out in a parking, he found my number and called me.

I have multiple storage unit here for over seven years and the customer service I’ve had has been amazing lately it’s even better every time I come in I get greeted by Jason and asked if there’s anything we can do to make my experience better. When I go inside to purchase supplies I never get up sold I get helped to making sure I find the appropriate supplies needed for that day. Jason I see you cleaning and making sure everything looks great and I appreciate that it definitely reminds me of why I chose this location

Jason was incredible! I had an awful time with the public storage customer call line and ended up paying for a unit that was too small but because I’d already paid I couldn't change the reservation. The call center person wasn't able to help me and I was at my wits end. It had already been one of those days and I was emotional and stressed and Jason was calm and helpful, and fixed the problem. I am incredibly thankful that he treated me with such respect even as I was a mess on the phone. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Staff if really nice and informative, definitely recommend them if anyone needs a place to store. The office there has some stuff just in case you forget anything or something breaks.
Awesome experience. This was my first storage space experience and it was super smooth process. The place was clean, and easy to navigate. There was even a bathroom there which was also very clean. It was also easy to open any doors or anything as the folks running the location were extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommend!!

My experience with the customer service over the phone was excellent, though some key information was missed, but tbh I might have not paid attention at the time of the phone call! I've been using the app to access the entrance which is convenient. One time the chain to the access gate was broken & I thought I will be turned around until it's fixed, instead the manager manually opened the gate for me. By the time I was done & about to leave I saw someone checking out the gate (probably for placing the maintenance order).
First time in my life I rented the storage place. I must mention here that Jason was extremely helpful, guided me through whole process. Very professional and efficient. Thank you Jason. keep rocking.
