I was closing out my account and an unforseen fee had occurred and we weren't able to find a solution to it, of her own accord she contacted corporate and was able to work out a solution when originally there was none to be had

I'm going to say this was all the way around five stars there was a lady by the name of jenny deloya she was easy going ,inviting ,and I for once felt no pressure or stress about the move ...my unit was clean and It was easily accessible before I took off mrs.deloya was walking by checking if everything was satisfactory "of course "yes"!! and she wished me a safe travels !!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the manager, Deangelo whose professionalism and friendliness immediately put me at ease. The facility itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with ample lighting and security features that made me feel confident about leaving my belongings there. The storage units are spacious, and I was particularly impressed with the variety of sizes available to fit my specific needs. Deangelo went above and beyond to ensure I understood all my options and helped me choose the best unit for my situation. The move-in process was seamless, thanks to their clear communication and efficient handling of paperwork. It’s evident that Deangelo takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of their customers. Overall, I highly recommend this Public Storage to anyone in need of storage solutions. The combination of excellent customer service, a secure and clean facility, and reasonable pricing makes it a top-notch choice. Thank you, Deangelo for making this a stress-free and pleasant experience! On a personal note he saw us struggling and sweating and gave us 3 bottles of his personal water bottles if that’s not customer service then I don’t know what is.

Had to use this storage place for a temporary amount of time and D’Angelo was nothing but the most sincere, helpful and busy human I’ve met in a while! He was very helpful throughout my experience and for being a first time storage user it meant the world! If I ever need storage space again, I know exactly where I’ll be going!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Public Storage. I emptied my unit on May 18, 2024, ensuring everything was done correctly on my end. The SAME day, May 18th, I called customer service to ensure the closing of the account. They even issued a refund, and the office representative checked the unit, confirmed it was clear, and assured me everything was closed. Despite this, I received a past due bill stating I owed over $200, which was entirely unwarranted. When I called the customer service line, I was put on hold for 20 minutes. After finally reaching a representative, I was told to call back in 48 hours to resolve the issue. This was highly inconvenient, as it required me to continually check to ensure my account was clear. The oversight by Public Storage is incredibly frustrating. As a consumer, I took all the necessary steps to ensure my responsibilities were fulfilled, but the company failed to do the same. This experience has significantly tarnished my perception of Public Storage.

D'Angelo was super helpful. We came to inquire about a 5x5 unit to place not only mine and my partner's things for when he moves to Japan for his new station, and D'Angelo has been helpful every step of the way. He even went out of his way to show us the unit when we asked before we decided to buy. Super informative and very clean. Definitely recommend working with him and this company.

Got super lucky finding a last minute storage unit here and in just the size I needed! Went in as soon as they opened up and D’Angelo was quick, thorough, polite and patient. Wonderful customer service. He answered all of our questions and met all of our expectations. I’m very pleased with the service he provided.

Horrible gate hours for the working man and shorter on the weekends.(9:30-6:00) Within 3 months of moving, the rent was raised 25%. In the two years I have rented here the price has more than doubled. Predatory business practices on a captive audience. I'd suggest looking elsewhere. I have and moved out.
